Had an interview with 3 senior leaders it was by far the worst interview I’ve ever had in my life. I was so uncomfortable one of the managers was making weird looks in the video not sure if it was directed towards me and when I started speaking another manager jumped up and walked away from the video not acknowledging the fact I was offering an apology for rescheduling the first interview. Then one claimed he only could see my lips and it went to sit back and move your phone this and that way 🤔 I sat up so my posture could be better. I told them I didn’t want to sit back. But, I think they were all acting like unprofessional high school students ready to get wasted on a Friday just unprofessional.... I should’ve followed my gut and wrote a withdraw letter because out of all the jobs I interviewed with they were the lowest paying job anyway. Never again!!!!

One of your drivers with hows my driving sticker 431093 on the back was behind me on River Rd and State Rd. right on my bumper as i was doing 35. The speed limit is 25. Than passes me before the Burlington Bristol Bridge and gave me the finger and cut me off. Driver uses NO turn signals at any turns and is just driving reckless in the poor weather today 10/28/20

Weve been using UniFirst at our auto repair shop for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. Ryan is our rep and he is pleasant, courteous and does his job swiftly with no disruption to the business. Hes suggested several products, given samples and even designed sweatshirts for our business. We are a small business and UniFirst provides our uniforms, floor mats, towels, rags, air fresheners, etc. Its nice to have a service replace all the floor mats as well as pick up, wash, press and hang our uniforms each week. The rates are extremely reasonable, uniforms are good quality and the service we receive has far exceeded my expectations. Will continue using this company for all of our uniform and supply needs.

He knows the layout of our shop so well that when he walks in he knows just what to do. If we have any problems with our products hes on it and gets in fixed in no time. Drivers are all ways courteous and informative about any route changes due to holiday schedule. Uniforms and supplies are as expected clean and useful. Orders from there catalog are as described in catalog and if you have any questions your driver is helpful and if they can not answer they direct you to call where you will get your answer. :)

Worst Uniform Company. Called about 3 times and schedule with someone to order new uniforms, Manager makes appointments and never shows up. After not showing up for 3 times, finally he decided to show up told me new uniforms should of arrive within 2 weeks. Its been 4 months now and nothing. Called them to cancel our account, they couldnt do before the manager stop by, MANAGER made an appointment and once again NEVER SHOWED UP. So every Friday when driver comes we say he doesnt need to do nothing, and he asks Manager never called or came? We say no, he is like Wow Uni-first in very very unprofessional.

Great experience. Our rep makes everything run very smoothly. He is always very helpful and makes sure our orders are processed in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the service we receive.

I had really bad experience with Unifirst. We had uniforms with them, and had multiple issues. Uniforms not being returned, or being returned dirty. I would not recommend them at all. When we finally had enough, and decided to part ways. Instead of trying to make things right, their only recourse was to threaten us that we had a contract. Of course, it didnt matter they werent living up to it.

Unifirst is on time, priced right, the uniforms fit and the supplies are exactly what we need. For the first time in decades we finally have a uniform company that we dont have a list of complaints for every week.Oh yes...... and Ryan our route driver is alright too.

I work for a fairly large asphalt company in south Jersey and we have been using Unifirst as our uniform provider at several plants for quite a few years. Overall, they are a good company to work with. Occasionally, there are issues with a uniform missing, but one e-mail and it is fixed. we have had discrepancies with delivery dates around the holiday season and a Unifirst employee will make a special trip to pick up dirty uniforms due to the miscommunication. I would recommend them to other companies. Tim Wright has been the delivery driver for us for quite some time and he is easy to work, not a pushy salesman, but always there to let you know what they can do for you and always there to help with any issues.

Been with unifirst 3 months now and only had a full set of uniforms once. Havent got any uniforms in the last two weeks. Tryed calling our rep but he doesnt return calls. Basically they are worse then our last uniform company.

Unifirst, I cant say enough great things about them. First of all let me start with my driver Ryan Harkins, boy is he the greatest! He is one of the nicest drivers I have ever came in contact with. He comes in and makes time for me by not just running in to get the uniforms. Even though he has other stops. I never feel like hes interrupting me. He always bring me nice free gifts. I love gifts! Ryan always allow me to know the new products that his company has available to see if my company would be interested in trying any new products. He makes sure he tells me whats out there that I can purchase not just for the company, but also for myself. I like that Unifirst has very nice clothing for different weather conditions. Ryan has on nice company uniform pieces himself that I become interested in purchasing personally for myself. His personality is jovial, and wonderful!! Hes a hard worker! Hes always smiling when he comes in! Hes always making sure that I dont need anything else for my staff. Oh, and he makes sure my guys uniforms comes back in a timely fashion. He has never made a mistake with my guys uniforms. I do like Unifirst! They invoices I love. Because Unfirst make it so easy to pay. If an invoice is skipped Ryan makes sure you know about it. I like the fact that peridocally they send out an evaluation of how their drivers are doing, and I fill Ryans form out all the time. With a 5 star rating of coarse! I dont know how Ryan does it, but I have never seen him have a bad day. Please dont ever get rid of Ryan because hes such a great worker!
