TGK Crystal did an amazing job helping my sister get an appointment quickly to get her brakes looked at and fixed. Darren was very helpful and took the time to explain to her what she needed. He also showed her some digital pictures so she could see exactly what he was explaining. The tech, Dennis was very quick and thorough and even brought her back in the shop to show her something else he recommended. We are very impressed and will be back!!! 10/22/21 - Just picked up my car after getting some brake work and tires put on. Ryan and Darren were fantastic as always! Kept me updated all the way through process and we’re very thorough. Literally had a call 2 hours later! TGK is lucky to have him managing the store!

The staff were very professional and pleasant customer service. They didn’t have our tire in stock and it wasn’t going to be available for a couple of days, but they knew the urgency of my son needing his car especially before a bad winter storm was headed our way, so they referred us to one of their competitors that had the tire in stock. They were very nice and made us felt comfortable. I will surly do business with them in the future and highly recommended them.

I was nervous as a women bringing a car to an repair shop because of all of the jokes they make in the media, but I cannot stress how much I enjoyed the service at TGK in Crystal. I would recommend their service to everyone.

My brother recommended this shop to diagnose a bad oil leak on my Toyota Highlander. They got me in next day, had a timely diagnosis and were able to fix the issue (oil sensor) same day.While other shops charge a flat $150 diagnosis fee, they have a more reasonable diagnosis fee.My total repair was quite reasonable and I will be back to do some further repairs on other things like suspension and a wheel bearing thats going out as my vehicle has high miles and needs some love.Given I came as a referral, I plan to also refer more business their way because I want the good car repair shops to succeed.

Excellent customer service. I was referred by AutoZone to this place for a broken stud. it is very clean place. People working there are all nice, patient, and professional. They fixed my car in a timely manner. Ryan even went the extra mile to fix my falling splash shield for free. Found the shop that I will continue to bring my vehicle to for service.My starter was needing to be replaced so I started calling around for quotes. Ryan wouldnt give me a quote over the phone, but it was for a good reason. You never know what else may or may not be wrong.Ended up having a bad starter. When they were looking over my vehicle, they noticed the front strut spring had completely broken apart. Part of the spring could have cut into my tire at any point in time.They also noted oil leaks and potential costs for fixing, however they did not pressure and offered alternative ways to mitigate the issues for now.They were extremely reasonable on price and even had a loaner car for me. The office is immaculately clean, and the staff are extremely professional, to include the mechanics.Ryan was extremely informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you.

3/10/21 Update: Yesterday we were on our way home from a trip and the check engine light came on in our vehicle. Shortly after the engine started making odd noises. Since we were in the area we drove straight to TGK Automotive in Crystal to get it checked out. Eric was quick to assist us and gave us a loaner vehicle while ours was diagnosed. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue with the spark plugs and engine in less than 24 hours. We really appreciate the quick and personalized service from TGK Automotive in Crystal. Been coming here ever since my mom gave me my first car in high school and still come here! All the guys here at TGK Auto in Crystal are awesome to work with I came up to Minnesota for the summer for work, and had an Alternator go out on my Subaru Legacy. A while back, I went to the Honda dealership to get my oil changed in my 2016 Honda Accord. As a courtesy, the dealership did a free alignment check and they said I need a front end alignment.They wanted $125, so I thought I could see if I could get a better price at another repair place. When I got my tires rotated at Discount Tires, they gave me a card for a discount on a front end alignment atTGK Automotive. When I went there this morning, they said the front end was slightly out of alignment, but did not need the service at this time. I really appreciated their honesty and I will be a long time customer from now on.

I recently brought my pickup here due to some engine issues. When I scheduled an appointment on the phone prior, Ryan was very nice and got me scheduled that same day. The following day they diagnosed my problem and were honest about the tough situation that I needed a new engine. I ended up just taking the truck home to figure something else out. When I called a week later just to ask some questions that I had about the engine situation, TGK kindly took time out of their day to answer my questions, even though my truck was no longer being serviced.A couple weeks later I received a Thank You card in the mail for trusting them with my truck. I was impressed as thats not something I normally see from a business.I would definitely take my vehicles here again and recommend this place to others based off my one experience.

Needed a new car shop and my brakes done, so I picked this one based on the reviews. It was definitely the right choice! They got me in the same day and were honest and friendly.I have an old car and dont like to put money into it, but I didnt have to deal with the usual lectures and attempts to get me to fix every tiny thing. It was very refreshing. I got a cool online report with real photos of my car and recommendations of things I could fix, but thats it. Ive already sent another family member in, and theyre just as pleased!

Really nice people. The technician and the guy at the counter were very professional and very nice. But I had a very specific issue that they could not detect. I feel like they didnt pay attention to the small details. So if you have an obvious problem this is probably a great place but if its some small thing you spent a week tracking it to one area and pray to the God of MOPAR that they can find your problem, go some where else. I dont wanna leave a bad review because they were really nice, so give em a chance.

I did not receive service at this shop.I called and asked how much to mount my own used tires on my vehicle.I was told $25 per tire.I arrived at the shop within 30 mins. He told me he could not do it because they were closing in an hour and are currently working on another vehicle. He did offer to do it tomorrow. I will possibly check into it but am at a 2 for tread and would like to get back on the road safely.I strongly recommend making an appointment and asking for clarification as to if they are currently busy. Felt it was a waste of time.

Was referred here for an alignment by Discount Tire in Brooklyn Center after having a tire rotation on my Jeep. I brought it in at the scheduled date/time and it was done within the hour. I also was pleasantly surprised to save roughly $60 on my expected service bill. The technician (Jeff) informed the Service Manager (Scott) that my car didnt actually require an alignment and so they didnt charge me for one. Thats hard to find nowadays. This was honest auto repair right here.

I was already late for work, so I just left my car in a parking lot and took an Uber. These guys picked up my car, fixed it in a matter of hours, and their invoice was as honest as the day is long. The good kids know what they’re doing.

Service is very good but if youre going to come here thinking its the old Market Tire, it is not. Now that the new owner turned it into a full-service shop, its much harder getting in to get a nail pulled or bead set. They do not carry tires, but can order them for you or you can bring your own in to get mounted and balanced.

Scott and Eric always pleasant. Jeff does a good job with the technical aspects of car maintenance. In before scheduled appointment and out 1/2 hour later...nothing to complain about. Will return again.

My wife experienced a flat on our car recently. I went and switched cars with my wife and determined that both rear tires needed replacing. Unfortunately some new cars have no spare tire. Meaning I would need to be towed. Thats another story. I called numerous other tire shops and was getting the runaround. Finally I called Market Tire andspoke to one of the owners Matt. Even though I had never done any previous business with Market Tire they ordered the tires sight unseen and had them waiting when I arrived. They had me in and out within 30 minutes. They were cordial and very efficient Pete another young man put my new tires on and had me all taken care of. Not to mention they had the best price. I know where Im getting my next set of tires.
