I went in to do an exchange with a Shampoo that was leaving my hair dry and the cashier guy was rude. He raised the bottle of shampoo to the light to see if the shampoo was empty. In front of me, a customer and that was a insult! The shampoo bottle was full. This was such a terrible customer service experience. I know Sally pay their employees poorly, but that does not give this man the right to insult customer like that! I feel really insulted when he did that! Never going to Crystal location again.The guy was snobby and rude!
There are these nice co-workers here. I got great advice from both of them (Jordan & Janelle) I havent had customer service like this in awhile. Any questions I had they were right there to answer and to me it seems they have personal relationships with some of the products so to me it was more relatable to give sound advice on what was what. Id definitely recommend coming to this Sallys. Its because of the care they give their customers that stands out for me.
Bought 4 tubes of ion permanent brights and 3 of the 4 had no color. Would only do a return for two of them because I had squeezed the dye out of 1. I had to squeeze it out to see if the color just hadnt been mixed. Lady at the counter tried to tell me its permanent dye so it shouldnt have color even though I had a picture to prove that one came out purple and the rest came out white and I had already tried mixing the white dye with developer an zero change! Been buying all my dye here but will not go back.

I miss the old manager, Lindsey. She always had things in stock when I needed them and was super friendly. This was the only good Sally’s left with nice, knowledgeable staff. Now it’s just like the other locations.
This sallys is immaculate! They are so sweet and helpful,even during this tough time they seem to always find me a replacement product if they are out of something and it makes me try new stuff!!The manager always makes me feel like im talking to one of my friends and the girls always greet me whenever i walk in! Great :)

I am a person living with an invisible disability and I am unable to wear a mask. Upon entering the store the sales rep demanded I wear a mask or leave. I believe this violates the public accommodations section of this act.

Best place for hair color (they stock EVERY color under the rainbow including hard to find colors like: Rose-Gold, Smokey Pink, Silver, Drk-Lt Grey/Violet-Grey & etc.); gel nail colors galore & all the hard to find supplies needed to color your hair especially the hair foils to keep your colors bleeding into each other when coloring your hair w/a palette of 3-7+ colors for a multi-color rainbow look.
