I asked the associate about a phone, they pulled out a different one and told me it was the one I was looking at and wouldnt follow me over to the display to verify. She tried to talk me into the phone she pulled out, which she ended up convincing me of but then the phone couldnt be rung up because there wasnt a manager there and the phone wasnt in inventory. I was there for almost 40 minutes (I was the only customer in the store) to end up getting nothing and driving out to Blaine instead.

The folks at Cricket are always super helpful and seem to know what they are doing. They try and get you the best deal when getting new phones.

Both promptly ported my current number and provided me with an exceptional deal on an Iphone SE which has now cut my current monthly service by two thirds. I am now proud to say that I am a current member of Cricketwireless and as a result of this tremendous experience, will be for years to come!

Store trying to charge you more for the same phone you can get online for way less from cricket. They claim its the same price but its higher. And they wont even match their own price online. Im pretty much done with all Cricket stores

Wanted to buy a new phone was ready then come to find out did not have screen protector or phone cover to protect the phone, dont understand why youre able to sell phones but you dont carry the accessories to go with the phone, very very disappointed

Ray was very rude, not helpful at all. He acted like we were disturbing his alone time. He proceeded to watch videos with a customer who came in after us. We told him we were ready and he told us to relax. We have been with cricket for 3 years and apparently its time to take my business elsewhere.

Jerry was a delight to work with! How often do you hear that after a cellular store experience??! He helped me purchase a phone for my niece, add a line to my account, activate the phone, buy a case etc. All was done with efficiency, friendliness, knowledge, and honesty. I will be going back. If your trying to save money think twice before switching to Cricket. I found there service to be very slow and not worth the savings. First they advertise you can bring your own phone but when I switched they said my phone wasnt compatible so I purchased a new one. I later found out I could have used it. The new phone was not as nice combined with slower service was very frustrating. I also was not able to use wifi. The only wifi my phone worked on was my home wifi, I was forced to use my data everywhere else, so as you can imagine my data usage was 3-4x what I used on my previous carrier. Then my son uses the hot spot feature on his phone not realizing it wasnt included. I offered to add the service and pay for it but they shut his line off for violating the agreement, but of course they waited until after they took the next month service out. Of course I switched both lines to Metro and Cricket told me I was not eligible for a refund because we violated the agreement. I found the service to be cut rate and the company to be unethical. I seriously caution anyone who is considering this as an option.

Sold me a SIM card for my Chinese phone. The data plan is cheaper than T-Mobile. My service is limited to a speed of 8Mbps, which is sad on paper, but the initial experience is still good (scrolling Facebook, making calls, watching YouTube)
