Went to go pick up a prescription today at the pharmacy and needed to use the restroom. Went through the door that said “public restroom is through this door” but the the door to the women’s restroom was locked. I asked the cashier for the code who said the manager was needed. She told me people mess up the restroom with feces sometime so she needs permission. I explained I just need to urinate and need to do so urgently. The manager refused to give me the code and passed the issue off to another staff member and walked away that staff manager then lied and said they are out of service. I had my RN badge so you’d think they could safely trust I wouldn’t make a mess of it. In the past when I did home care nursing we relied on retail places to use restrooms because of not being allowed to use patients home restrooms. When leaving I made it very clear we will not be returning. As a medical retail facility who dispenses prescriptions for people who have medical needs that may require them to use a restroom urgently I feel this is unacceptable. I had to drive across the street to use Target’s restroom. We will be transferring all of our prescriptions to CVS pharmacy and will not be returning to Walgreens for anything in the future.

Stopped by today after work to pick up some pictures I had developed. A young black man waited on me. This man was so professional and kind. He made my day! Now with covid 19 in our lives, store employees are stressed and usually not treated well by customers. This man was fantastic!! Very friendly and helpful, not knowing how I was going to treat him, he treated me with a smile !I hope this man is a regular employee at this store, and if so I hope he is recognized for the hard working, professional employee he is! He is a great asset to your store.Thank you for the great experience!!

Terrible place and rude customer service. My mom and I went to this store to print out some pictures and I was waiting for someone to help me and get a USB cord-she reluctantly helped me. So then my mom went to get the pictures and was treated with such disrespect; we know times are tough right now but you dont need to be rude! We are never going to this location again.

I called the pharmacy to set up my prescriptions going to this location. The lady was very hard to understand and it took me 5 times to spell the name Jazz and she still couldnt get it right. I gave up.

The store was supposed to open at 8am. I along with the pharmacists were locked outside because nobody was around to open the store for the day.

Dont ever come here if you need anything electronic. Stopped in for a wall charger and the ONLY ones available in the store are behind a glass case inwhich the ONLY set of keys available were not there. They were taken home by the assistant manager. Not even the STORE manager had a spare set of keys. Rude and unhelpful at all.

Customer service was phenomenal. Will return for future needs.

This is a cohesive group of employees that are well to serve and knowledgeable in their efforts to please the customer in filling so many needs in our familys lifes.A vast array of household necessities makes this Walgreens stop my only stop..eeaassyy...thank you walgreens!

I come to this store often and have noticed a few of the employees are very rude and have poor customer service skills. Tonight I witnessed Hamza argue with a customer before me about split payment. The poor guy wanted to put the rest of the total on the card but was met with a bad attitude.Then when I was rung up, I told Hamza that the diapers I wanted to buy were on clearance (gave him the sale price listed on the sticker). He argued with me and acted like I was lying to him. Didnt offer to do a check on the clearance tag or anything. I told him he needs to work on his customer service.Ill be transferring my prescriptions and shopping at the other Walgreens in town from now on. General manager, please teach your employees how to respect customers!

Im giving a one star Review because I am apparently Trespassing and apparently I stole something, According to this Stupid Black Woman I tried telling them I wont take anything and appareantly they dont belive me. My Mom is going up there becuz I got a 2 year ban according to the police.

Good when you need it, watch pricing though, many items can be found online for less.
