The manager at this cub foods is extremely sarcastic, unhelpful, and invasive. The employees are wonderful and some of them deserve her job. Dark haires woman striped shirt

I love this pharmacy. The pharmacist and techs seem to actually care about patients and you can understand them when having a conversation. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Loved the customer service! Everything was easy to find and employees were very helpful. I was very happy with the way they always checked in with me to see if I needed any help.

I came here fresh out of surgery and the staff were extremely rude. My doctor had submitted one piece of information that needed to be double checked and I ended up waiting a full hour because they didn’t start on the script fills for any of the medication until 20 mins after confirmation from the doctor. Meanwhile the cashier Lisa was completely rude when I would come back and check on status every 15 mins or so.Very disappointed and it’s right next door to my clinic :/On the plus side the actual pharmacist Michael was excellent! Thanks Michael

This is the worst pharmacist drive ever been clear they don’t even know how to smile Laurie or Lisa or whatever her name is the pharmacist and staff is the rudest lady you have ever encountered I would never hire her in 1 million years she is so rude she called my doctor from my cell phone on my speaker phone for me to talk about my mental illness medication and how she wants filled in for me it was the most embarrassing retail experience of my life I hope she gets fired and I hope no other place hires and skirt she was the worst employee you want to live a half

Everytime I go to a suburban Mpls Cub pharmacy, there are around 3-4 people working there, but a customer line at the pickup counter with only one of the 3-4 checking people out. Sometimes the person working the dropoff line just stays there and does absolutely nothing to help the person at the pickup. Sometimes slow geriatric variables compound, sometimes frequent regulars lengthy chit chat compounds. Im sure the basic wait blame is due to pharmacy legalities and or titles (pharmacist vs tech). But it is very negativity noticed there compared to other more positive pharmacies like Target, Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS. *****Note: At this particular pharmacy - it only tends to happen during business hours (morning/afternoon M-F maybe Sat) - Ive gotten GREAT service there in the evenings with less staff to boot...

At least learn how to smile. They always look grumpy. Ugh.
