There was no pressure to purchase and Al & Lindim were very helpful and honest about repairs to the car from the previous owner. The check engine light came on shortly after we purchased and they quickly assessed it and replaced the gas cap free of charge and replaced the brakes. Excellent and quick service! Would give them 0 stars but I can’t. Traded in for a 2007 BMW 335i back in January, and was of course assured that it was “mechanically perfect” (I think they say this about every car there) - come to find out it actually needs $2,000+ worth of repairs. Oh, and a new water pump, which I just discovered recently through a coolant leak.Don’t make the same mistake I did and buy a car here. Or if you do, check it out or get it checked out by someone trustworthy so you don’t get ripped off, too.

Gateway motors is one of the best dealerships around I have bought 3 cars from there. I recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 that runs in great condition. I received great service from Lindim and Al, friendly and very professional helping me find a car I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for honesty, great service, and very cheap and affordable prices for vehicles.

I thought Al and the crew did a great job. I bought my first car from them last week and they were very polite and accommodating. One thing that stood out to me was the car was listed online through CARFAX as not having been in an accident, which was not Gateway Motors fault, but when we got there Al made sure to let us know it was in a minor fender-bender which he technically didnt have to do. He just wanted to make sure we had all the facts before making a purchase. Bought the car and Ive been very happy with the purchase so far.

I had a really great car buying experience here. I was looking for a particular car, and found a newer one here for a great price. Mike, my salesman, was very nice, no pressure, and seemed honest about the cars past. It had been in an accident, but he fixed it up and was selling the car for about $4,000 less than the average. He also offered me a 6 month warranty on the car. The car runs great, looks brand new almost, and I got it for a great deal. Also, you can tell it is a family-run establishment, so that is also nice. Two thumbs up!

Drunk. Our salesman was drunk. Not like hes buzzed. Nope! He was so drunk that we could barely understand what he was saying. He couldnt stand up without falling into something. We had set up a time to see him. So, not only was he supposed to be prepared, he should have been more professional about the entire situation instead of continuously play it off like we wouldnt notice. The mechanic was able to step in, he seemed to be a people person. I believe he was the only positive of our entire visit.All things put aside, I would still not buy a car here. Every car that we looked at had previously been in an accident.After looking around, we were able to find the same car, newer, not previously in an accident, at the same price.

I purchased a car from this dealership! I dealt with Al. Everything went really good in the beginning! I purchased the car on 7/3/2019. On 7/31/2019 I was pulled over by the Wauwatosa Police because the temp plates that were giving to me didn’t go to the car. Then the officer stated that my car was reported stolen in Chicago Illinois by the previous owner! I showed the officer my bill of sale, finance paper work, in my insurance! None of this worked! The out come was the car was towed! I went to the dealership in spoke with Al. He did contact the DMV talked to them. They gave him a doc number. I asked if I could get a rental because I have a job that I have to work in I work two different job in my jobs aren’t on the bus line! Al told me know that he don’t provide cars or rentals because anything can happen in my situation is out of his hands! But again I purchased the car from him! I would never send or recommend anybody to this dealership! Very rude and had know sympathy For asking me a stolen car! I got the car back two days later by me doing my own foot work!

They ordered it right away and had me come in a couple days later when they got it. Fixed it within 10 minutes. Would definitely buy from them again in the future.

His personality is laid back and not once was I pressured. They let us check out the vehicle on our own with no questions asked. Rami the mechanic was knowledgeable and informative. They were able to provide us referrals for things they did not specialize in and replaced a few things prior to our purchase. The paperwork was a smooth process. Very satisfied. The owner Mike worked directly with me and the salesman, Keith, was up front and honest about everything. This place MOSTLY sells cars that have been in an accident, but they wont bullshit you and they are more than willing to help you look around for the car of your choice. Keith was absolutely outstanding and Mike told me that if I EVER have any car troubles, to just bring it back to him and theyll fix it up for a more than fair price. Ill be honest, I was very skeptical at first, but the customer service is second to none and they really do have a lot of quality cars on their lot. I definitely recommend people at least give this place a chance before going to a brand name dealership. The people at Gateway Motors will treat you right! Very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received!

I called to inquire about a vehicle they had on their lot recently and was met with nothing but rudeness and being talked to like I didnt know anything. Prior to calling about said vehicle, I did a Carfax report on it. The Carfax came back that it had a salvaged/branded title from damage. Carfax also gave me the value of said car as it sat on the lot. They (Gateway Motors) said vehicle was listed at 27,999.00 on their website and Carfax said it was worth 25,000.00, about. When I mentioned to then salesman I had gotten a car fax he immediately became flustered and told me that the vehicle was worth over their set price (27999). He told me it was well worth over 30,000. Doing my research, the said vehicle BRAND NEW without a salvaged title and no miles on it was worth 35,000 and up. They also could not provide proof that the vehicles damage had been fixed. Their excuse was that their body shop had fixed it and they had the receipt for the parts. They did not have certified paperwork that stated the frame damage was completely fixed. And when asked if they could provide this the sales man scoffed at me. I would not buy a vehicle from them. They seem to think they can upsell a SALVAGED USED vehicle because someone will eventually buy it. Also, the vehicle being discussed was a 2017 USED Toyota Tacoma TRD OFFROAD with 23 thousand miles on it already. He also tried to tell me all the packages that were on it made the price more. This dealership is a bunch of crooks. They handled the phone call and my questions poorly and continuously tried to tell me that their price was the best price for that vehicle. Guess Ill be buying a BRAND NEW vehicle for the same exact price. Would not trust this dealership at all. Do a Carfax before you buy from them and dont let a them push you around and tell you that a salvaged title vehicle books for the same and a non-salvaged title.
