The spirit company itself is amazing, but this store? god awful. terrible customer service. they walk away from you and leave you standing there when they see you’re ready to check out. there’s some very strange things happening with what looks like a minor and someone in their 30s who work there. disgusting. I’ve heard disgusting things talked about throughout the workers and the way they act when customers are in the store is not professional at all. do better with picking your staff next year.
Overall, not a great experience. The store was lacking in costumes, and everything I saw there extremely overpriced. The only saving grace was the staff being decently helpful.
Worst service I ever had in my life in this store. Someone should tell the manager what is the meaning the manager before giving him this position. He is so rude and mean he doesnt know how to do customer service i dont know his name even i dont care but if he is manager he should behave professionally with customer. if THEY HAVE ANY KIND OF RULES OF EXCHANGING AND RETURNING THEY TELL TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE PURCHASING ITEMS OR THEY SHOULD PUT IN WRITTEN ON THE CHECK OUT COUNTER. Locking the store doors before completely checking out customer properly is that customer service? trying to show their customer like we are dumb is that customer service?The girl Jaliyah who check us out was really nice she helped us but that was manager responsibility how to let their customer aware of the store so called rules.Big Advice to Spirit Halloween:- Please dont hire him again as a manager.
Fun and interesting place, very unique items. Staff is nice. Prices are reasonable, things are selling fast.
Rated highly, but didnt have what we were after.If your looking for costumes this is the place!We were looking for a bat skeleton and 3 16 human skeletons along with 1 60 human skeleton to add to our display.
Cleanly laid out store, easy to find things. More than I expected.
I love spirit halloween but honestly disappointed this year. They didnt have any animatronics for sale. We went early in the season so I am going to check again soon.
More variety for adults than kids, left with nothing.
Even though it was after the date they accepted exchanges and returns, my daughters costume didnt fit, it was way to small and they were gracious enough to show us to exchange it for a bigger costume and saved her Halloween, THANK YOU
