Stopped in with a long list of colors I wanted samples for and the young man (didnt catch his name unfortunately) was awesome! Super helpful, friendly and got my samples together quickly.

Ive bought a lot of paint from these folks, and Ive been happy with their service everytime. They are very friendly and helpful. There was once a mix-up with an order. We called, and they fixed it all up right away.

Great experience with the store personal. Paint I bought 2 cans of paint but only need 1 can because the emerald cover better then expected.

Arrived at the Store during Covid 19. I knew what I needed and per the instructions on the door, I called the store to place my order. The sales associate asked me a few questions to be sure I was purchasing what I needed. I paid by debit card over the phone. She was pleasant and understanding. The purchase was delivered to me as I waited in my car in the parking lot. Highly recommend Sherwin-Williams for your needs.

****UPDATE**** the manager gave me my refund and was more than accommodating. He did give some excuses as to why, but he was very shocked at how the paint was drying*****Worst paint I’ve ever used. Even worse to look at during the day time. Once you do the first coat and let it dry, it’s a light color, originally. Let Then I put on the 2nd coat of paint and it’s a shade darker than the first coat...when it finally drys. I usually go to Home Depot and get Behr for all my painting needs, but I decided to try something new for a change...never again. Can’t get a refund and my walls are horrible! Absolutely horrible.

The staff was great and extremely knowledgeable. The store is bright and layed out nicely.

I went in to SW this past weds and I was treated so rudely by a lady that was working at the desk. The other younger guy working was also stunned by her rudeness and unprofessional attitude. I walked out with my sample and went straight over to HD. Sorry but you can’t treat people this way!

During this time of social distance, the workers went out of the way to give me good service and fill all my needs. The products are nontoxic and a wide range of available colors. This is the place to go for your paint.

Omg so helpful great prices I bought twelve gallons of paint and the recommendation was right on point love the colors they recommended.

Walked in and requested two quarts of eggshell paint and was given 2 quarts of satin paint. Should have checked before I left, however, I just assume people know how to do their job.

Usually the paint ear is very good but I had a problem with the ceiling paint it bubbled up the people at Sherwin-Williams did not have an answer for that.

OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. !! One gallon of premium paint is $84. And that is with a 30 percent offspecial they have going on now. How do they stay in business ?
