Brought my four wheeler in for a well over due servicing and they did great! I only had my oil changed and parts greased they checked over other stuff but nothing else was needed.Edit: after leaving this review they contacted me and sorted out the only real complaint I had and I’m very satisfied!

I purchased a Hammerhead 250ss go cart second hand and when I purchased it, it would turn over but not start. The owner said the he let the go cart sit up for a year, but it did run but was pretty sure the carburetor needed cleaning. I took it to Basch Brothers in Cullman, because this is where the cart was originally purchased. I told them that I wanted to get the carburetor cleaned and to look over the go cart for anything else it needed. They called me the next day and said it had no compression. I told them thats odd because when I purchased the cart, I checked the compression and it was at 90lbs. They said I dont know what to tell you but we are only get 60lbs. AT this point I understood they didnt want to work on it and I picked it up and took it to Dr. Joes in Ensley. They found the carburetor was gumed up and the vacuum line. They return the go cart to me the next day completely fixed. The fee was only $115 and the work was completed quicker than I expected. I understand that it hard for businesses to make a profit, but if you dont want to work on something just let the customer know upfront.

The prices are the best around. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out. I honestly cant say enough about how nice everyone was.

This is the only negative I could find to this place but I still believe they have plenty of options to choose from for the average person.Very nice staff here. Came here looking for a zero turn mower. However I knew next to nothing about them. The staff were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. Once we found one I liked I was allowed to drive it around the parking lot to make sure it was comfortable. Adjustments were made on the spot until we got it setup to be comfortable for me. Then I was walked through the operation or the mower and all the functionality of it. Prices were very fair from what I could tell in comparison to other places and online retailers.Would highly recommend coming here for your outdoor sports needs.

I have bought several things from side by sides to mowers and leaf blowers from Basch brothers and every time I get the best pricing and service available! It’s nice to shop at a family owned company with the family environment. They make it easy to answer any questions over the phone and it’s great to ride over and test the equipment on their lot before purchasing it. They always have my units ready within no time. Great with parts availability and quick service turn around time with very reasonable pricing. This is one of the few companies around that actually still WANT your business and CARE about the customer. I recommend to everyone, great job Basch Brothers!

There is definitely room for improvement in the customer service aspect. After taking our lawn mower here it took nearly a month for the hydraulic pump to be replaced. We, the customers had to call for updates on the lawn mower ourselves. At times, many excuses were given, Well try to get to it today.... We would have to call a few days later for another update. This is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that the customer service is very poor. As the lawn mower was being picked up today, a thank you was not given nor did it seem our business was appreciated. Due to lengthy wait times and poor customer service, we will not be recommending this business.Placing blame on the customer is also unprofessional. To note, Bad Boy Lawn Mowers Corporate was contacted.

Very helpful and I think almost everyone there spoke to me. Plus I left there with moms new lawnmower. Bad Boy with the large tires. Both of our yards look great. Thank yall for walking the entire property to find the best one for us.

Whatever you do..... DO NOT USE these folks!Just moved to area and was using these guys for the first time.Took 2006 Ranger in for complete service and look over.Said I would have it back in a day or two.Was told it needed control arm bushingsSo I agreed to have them replaced2 weeks later i was told it was ready and everything looked good!Said they loledyat the Belt & the clutches.Went in and paid the $800 plus ticket and left.This vehicle is only used to HUNT off of!Second day of use after picking up the Belt brokeWent to open it up and noticedOld dried mud on the caseing .After opening found the belt broke and DRY ROTTEN!And lots of dirt inside the casing ( obviously had not been opened)Called to question them about it and was told there was nothing they could do but go by what there mechanic said!Asked if they would give me a belt or at least give me a discount on one.Was told NO!So I ordered one off line for half of what he wanted!After replacing the belt yesterdayI noticed one of the tires was low.Hooked up my compressor and added air.When i went to remove the air hose..Whole valve stem came out!Tire went flat completely!After surviving the tire and stem...It too was dry rotted!!They were told that the ranger had been sitting for about 4 years and that was the reason it wss brought in for them to go over!It ran fine!Looks like all they did was change oilAnd replace bushings!And charged $500 plus in labor!!!
