Although what I needed was not in stock at this store, ( although I found it here before,) they were extremely helpful assisting me. They took the time to search their parts books and search online to find what I needed, and we special ordered it.

I like Advanced over any other part store! They price match, decent prices, good customer service, knowledgeable, easy getting in & out for the most part, its easier getting in & out of the parking lot! My complaint, would be, that when you puchase a vehicle battery, like my vehicle, it takes 2 batteries, they beside each other! Online it shows, free installation, may take up to 30 minutes! On their inside store computer, it shows exstinsive labor involved! All that means, its a way for the employees, to get out of doing a battery change! In my case, I wasnt able to do the battery change myself, due to an injury, that I could not pick up the weight of the batteries! I do appreciate, the employees, carrying them to my vehicle! I had to drive 30 miles round trip, $6 in fuel, to a shop, to get the batteries changed out & pay $50! My point is, it only required a 8mm, 10mm socket, to unloosen both batteries cables, 2 bolts & 1 clamp! It was done in 20 minutes! Yet, they were showing it was exstinsive labor in store computer, yet online it shows free up to 30 minutes installion! This only looks bad on the employees, due to how so many currently are like this on their jobs! It showed me lazyness, unwilling, excuses to get out of, going that extra mile for a decent repeated customer! I would like to see that part change! At times, they are short staffed & arent able to provide such service to customers! I would like to see that change too! I give a shout out to Linda, the manager for keeping the store running!

A serious lack of customer service, basic listening skills and a rough knowledge of common inventory items. Just pitiful.

Used code finder (more accurate than one Id just used at another parts place on my daughters SUV), forgot to turn key back over, ran down battery, so, thankfully, they had a jumpbox & got me started. I even got two jugs of water. Friendly staff, surprisingly great advice from young lady named Ally, very knowledgeable about vehicles.

They were friendly and knowledgable. The sales associate did not have the item in stock but gave me suggestions of where else I could try. The salesman also offered to order the exact item I needed. Very helpful. Although I made my purchase somewhere else they did an excellent job and I will recommend them. I will also shop there in the future for my automotive needs.

We stopped at Advanced Auto today while passing through on our way back to Indiana with air conditioner problems. Although our problem ended up being something our local car dealership will have to fix, James was extremely helpful to us. He took the time to help my husband rule out some small issues, and even went above and beyond with his customer service by offering us bottles of water while we were waiting (as it was extremely hot outside!). Thank you so much to James for his outstanding customer service! If we are ever passing back through and need auto help, we will most definitely stop at this store!

I ordered a part on Friday morning at 10 am which was supposed to be here next morning . We go to the store Saturday morning no part was ordered. So again they are supposed to order part and it would be here Sunday. We call the store and they say someone signed for it but cant find it . Then they tell us they will order it again. No apology no nothing. I will never buy anything else from this store

The young lady that waited on me was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me to get the brake parts I needed and was very nice in the process. I will definately be going back again.

These guys are so helpful. They went above and beyond checking my battery they installed a brand new terminal in the pouring rain just to help me out. I recommend this store 1000%
