Love Sally’s, but some times the associates could be a bit more educated on their products. Still love the place

To Sally Beauty Supply - purchased four items - cashier rings up the fourth item and holds a bag up and says....Would you like to purchase a bag for $0.15 for your items?🙄 Ummm, no! 🙄Guys, I would have made 10 trips back and forth to the car before I would have given them one extra penny for a bag. How ridiculous!!!!What happened to the days of bagging your items for you and handing you the free bag while saying, Thanks for being a great customer!In the future I will just order from Amazon. It arrives to my door in a free box.😎

I would just love to tell you about the wonderful service we received today from Sallie and Valerie! They were both so kind, helpful and genuine. They answered every question I had, helped me get the products I needed and that would work best with my course hair. They even helped me with my 5 year old who was very board in a mommy store. Just when we were about to check out, the computers werent having any part of checking people out. They kept their cool, no worrying or panicking. A huge shout out to this store and these ladies for being fantastic and treating us like family.
