Bought a new phone 8 days ago and still cant make or receive calls. Everytime I go in I constantly hear what they CANT DO!! Dont purchase their BLU phone. Its staright junk and youll just be out the money. Total SCAMYou responded to my review immediately by asking me to contact you and I did... 15 hours later and still no response back... 9 days now paying for a phone that does NOT work properly... Thanks for taking advantage...

Ok,not great but ok.

It was fantastic. I showed up around 1:30 on April 23 2019 and they both people working were super helpful and really kind. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a friendly and helpful experience.

My first visit here was pretty chill. The workers and I connected within the first conversation. I came back and ported my number over and got 3 extra line for the price of 2. Not only did they listen to my every request, they gave me more than what I needed. The service was great and the employees were very helpful, courteous, smart and informative.

The guy Jonathan helped us out some much. Thanks guy.

People should know that colby at metro went above and beyond tonight in his help with my cell phone. Metro does not need to loose this man.

To bad you cant give a zero star rating, they straight up lied to me. No phone coverage at my house and hardly no coverage where I go. Was told it would have coverage, then bill was higher than promoted and told. I was told $60 and bill was $70. After being billed they said it was only that for the first two bills then it would be $60. Well how can I trust them since they already lied. Then I asked to pay off the phone and unlock it and I would just go back to att and was told that they couldnt unlock it unless I keep it with them for 6 months. I never did a contract and payed $60 for the phone, so I can just throw the phone away no problem, but T-Mobile has no coverage if you travel, may be good if you never leave town but thats about it.

Love the services on my phones as well as friendly employees. Great place and its all truly unlimited.

Very Friendly staff, very helpful, met me as soon as i walked in and answered all my question (explained everything before i had to even ask.) I walked out with a great phone and unlimited Talk,Text,Data,(doesnt slow down nor cut off at a certain limit of gb.)Happy with services on phone as well as service emolyees provided.

Absolutely the worst phone Center Ever! Bought a plan yesterday, was in a horrible car accident where my girlfriend was thrown from the vehicle the same day. Her phone needless to say was destroyed. Took it back today to buy a new one. They wanted to charge me 3 times what I paid yesterday and made me buy another line even though I bought it less than 24 hrs ago. Talk about insult to injury. Canceling my plan for sure!

Great people friendly fast service good all-around

Bought a phone and plan and went home to Good hope, the phone wouldnt pick up. We ran some errands and found that the phone wouldnt pick up anywhere but right in the middle of Cullman. We took the phone back literally less than 24hrs later and was told our refund would take 7 to 14 days...so Im STILL waiting on my money. On top of that, the staff was rude, condescending and just dumb. Seriously take your business ANYWHERE but there.

The ladys in metro are outstanding with help they provide very pleased with meteos pcs services.

Got screwed over for 75 dollars and the manager calmed I threatened the other employees. On the way out I asked the employee if I threatened her she said no and she lied multiple times.. Never go here

Very unpleasant unprofessional unknowable staff. The 2 female employees that were working at the time of my visit, seem to be concentrating more on their personal lives then the customers.
