The technician is very friendly and helpful. His prices are better than competitive. He does great work and tells you exactly what was wrong and what he fixed. He also will let you know if he cant fox something or if it is worth fixing. He goes an extra step and saves as much as he can rather than expecting the customer to do it or charging extra for it. My daughter and mother use him and love him.
