Store associates were friendly and helpful. The layout could be a little better, but it wasnt terrible. The store was clean and well organized. I needed help finding what I was looking for, but the associate that seen me looking offered to help and knew exactly where it was. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and plan on going back again. I always seem to forget how much stuff they have and the deals you can find.

I have placed 3 online orders. Each time was for store pickup. They immediately send you an email, telling you the order is ready. When I go to pick them up, NOT ONCE has any of the orders been ready. Not only is the order not pulled, but no one even gets the order off of their system tp pull it. Seems like they are sending out pick up emails pretty fast to make it look like they are on top of their pull times. I have had to wait at least 15 minutes in order for them to fill my order. This.is.why.I.order.ahead.of.time.Also, my last order, I was charged for 3 times, all for different amounts. I had to go through my bank and get the other 2 charges reversed.

This Big lots in Cullman has done some updating and it has a lot more to choose from. Its nicer Like

I got hired seasonal and the manager (older one) told me at the interview they needed people who wouldn’t quit or miss work, and despite me not doing any of those things I got laid off only a month in and on New Years🤙🏻 Just a mom out here trynna do my best, I have an interview today so i just thought to finally leave my review.

Big Lots has really gotten a lot better merchandise!! Everything from Broyhill furniture to Pet Beds and Home decor. Really never have long waits in check out line. Always clean and organized!

Great place to get gifts, medium price

Bought a 4pc weather wicker set. Settee, Chair, Rocker and Coffee Table. The coffee table you had to put together no problem but putting rocker legs on didnt fit. So I called them and Westley helped me out at the store. I just wanted to say Thank you to him and got a new rocker all put together for me. Store in Cullman Alabama 1/2021

I was very pleased to see that ALL of the employees were wearing face masks. I appreciate their effort to provide a safe place for customers to shop during this pandemic. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the cashier. I always find great items for my home and I enjoy shopping at this location.

Very clean and employees and managers alike are awesome. Big Lots! slogan is where you can find surprises in every aisle. and it doesnt fall short of that statement. They also sell Serta and Ashley brand furniture for very reasonable prices. This store is definitely a hidden gem of Cullman.

Im really not impressed with this stores inventory at all! I go here because its close to home & I dont want to have to deal with WalMart. I usually end up going across the parking lot to Dollar General without spending any money in this particular Big Lots store because 98% of the time they dont have what Im looking for. Not looking for specialty items or hard to find items, just your average every day items and occasionally things to restock first aid kits and other supplies. They really should focus less on big furniture and more on our every day needs.

This Big Lots Is Horrible At Getting The Bed You Order In. I Got My Boxspring On Time (My Dad Carried The Boxspring Up The Stair But Hes A Truck Driver And Hes Not Home Today) And It Took A Month For My Mattress To Get Here, And Now That It Is Here There Is Nobody To Pick It Up And Carry It Up The Stairs So The Guy Offered To Bring It To Us And Carry It Up The Stairs To My Room. Well He Said I Get Off At 8 Ill Be There After I Get Off And Its Now 9:30 He Still Isnt Here And I Have Been Sleeping On An Air Mattress For Almost 5 Months. They Really Should Get This Figured Out So They Dont Get Bad Reviews Like Mine.
