Cultured Marble of Cullman recently completed the installation of new quartz counters in our kitchen as well as a remodeled walk in marble shower. In spite of the difficult times (Covid, labor & materials shortages etc.) it was a pleasure to deal with such conscientious, detail-oriented and friendly professionals. Rita & Wendell kept us informed of target dates and made sure both projects were completed to our satisfaction.

I got the job quoted in October of one year. Yes Covid had hit. In 2020 I spoke with them in January, February, March and was told I was on the list to do the work. I always had to make the phone call to the office, they were terrible at following up. The last phone call I made in March, I was told they could not do the job.

These people are great until they get paid.They did not finish our 5k shower and plainly told us they were not willing to come back and add trimPieces. My builder had to go to their shop and pick up. Builder finished the job the best he could. There are gaps and imperfections that cannot be fixed without tearing the shower out.They are closed more than they are open.Buyer beware!!!!
