Great at collecting the rent. Beyond disgraceful doing repairs and upkeep. Took them 4 yrs to replace an exterior door. Had water leaks and septic tank issues the whole time we lived there. Floor was falling through in several places. They never got around to fixing them. Roof had leaks. Mold in the bathroom walls, laundry room and ceiling. We have pictures of all of it. Make sure you get all they agree to fix before you move in. They are not people of their word. Took them several weeks to fix heat/air duct lines and then had to make several trips back to keep putting it back in. I could go on and write a book of all the issues this owner has. He is not a person you want to rent from.
