We love the guys at guitars and more! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the prices are good. The Cullman location is wonderful but we love the Gardendale location best.

Not a good experience at all, they have rescheduled my grandson twice, mind you we did not miss any sessions, they rescheduled us and then just took us off the schedule period. Carried my Grandson anyway thinking he was on schedule and Sage came in 10 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early...making it a 15 minute session instead of a 30 minute session as paid for. Spoke really negative to my Grandson and then refused any refund for missed sessions that THEY canceled. My Grandson loves everyone but does not want to go back, Im saddened that because someone is a child that they are treated with less respect.

Good folks. They try to keep a variety of guitars in stock and all the extras you need are usually on hand. If we don’t support stores like this, soon it will be only the big Walmart-like stores left with no connection with customers beyond the cash register.

Bought two guitars, an amp and a bass here in the past month, staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. It’s Christmas season. I alway like to try and shop local. Could I get a little better deal online? No, here’s why . When you buy local, you meet good people, people who can help you learn about guitars and expand your knowledge. Someone with excellent ability and vast knowledge of the products they sell, someone a phone call away, that can help the beginner make the right choice for their needs. Your money goes back into your community which helps everyone. You can’t get that online.My advice- Pay a couple of dollars more for the human element, have a contact when you have questions, shop local, help your community, this year has been tough on local businesses, don’t give your hard earned cash to some online giant corporation, shop local, help the little guy. You’ll be glad you did.

Eric has gone the extra mile in helping my husband Bo and I. We were victims of the 2018 Hail Storm in CUllman We lost both cars and our home was a disaster. Worse was a mover took his prized guitar and new musical equipment his sister (dying from cancer) his wedding ring and much more. Depression set in and he had not played a guitar since then. He is a very gifted guitarist and singer. Member of Duo “The Forget Me Nots”. Eric and his staff were very understanding and patient. You know how “Insurance” can be. Each time he visited G and M he would get so excited in hopes of getting to play again. The Insurance com has refused to pay so somehow we will get him back singing and playing again. Today was our 1st time in the store, and we had a great time! Eric is so knowledgeable and kind.. as soon as we walked in he said this isn’t a museum so don’t be afraid to take anything off the wall and try it out! He gave us a preview of the black star amp and I’m a tell you that is the best sounding guitar amp I’ve ever heard!! Now my husband really wants one ;) but I’m gonna tell you Eric is very helpful and knows his stuff! So if you just need strings or lessons or to know any general information about buying a guitar or anything musical call him or take a drive to them it’s worth it... Cullman Alabama

Eric was very helpful and friendly. He took me straight to exactly what I wanted for less than what I was willing to pay. He also helped me get everything I needed without trying to pressure me into buying something I didnt want or need. It was a great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The people are friendly but the guitars were little high-priced in my opinion

Nice little store... The selection isnt that big but it is decent enough to keep you entertained... The best part of the store was the guy working there... Provided us with a lot of good information about getting a guitar fixed... Even supplied the telephone number & what to tell the Luna guitar people... He didnt make any money by doing this (he will get business from us tho)& was really cool... Also, plays the guitar pretty good😀

Moved back to Cullman recently and discovered this wonderful little shop. I worked with Steve, who had a extremely genuine and helpful attitude. He was easy going, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. Keep up the great work!

Cool place .. Well hubby guitar was being worked on. He played music with one of the guitar on the wall. Met a guy who was playing electric guitar and they played music together. Guitars lovers need to drop in.

Traveled to Gadsden Saturday and bought a guitar. Stopped in for a set of strings. Got to talking to the guy and showed him the guitar I had purchased. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Wish I had talked to him before my purchase. I will do business with him again

Small store, parking lot is meager, have to back out into traffic. Reasonable prices, not a lot of merchandise in stock. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I really hate to low star it because first time I went there had really good experience then went back for a truss rod adjustment with a different new guy and he was nice but he did not make improvements on my guitar he was not checking free play and had my guitar buzzing in 1st and 2nd fret had to come home and adjust myself and the adjustment cost 45$ that kinda high for 15 mins work but im still may go back and see what the 3rd experience is like then make a long term decision
