Had a great experience there today - returned 4 gallons of paint that wed ordered in the wrong color. Richters took it back with no questions asked. Great service - much better than youd get at the big box store if you can even find someone to help you. Also, it seems that most of the pro painters in town use BM paint from here. Good paint store all around.
