My payment was due last Saturday and they called me 3x the day it was due. It’s only 6 days late and they called my references, my job and me. That is Ridiculous. I have furniture through Aaron’s and they won’t call you till it’s 2 days late. And they won’t call your references till it’s a week late. I had some family issues I’ve been dealing with this week and was gonna make the payment for the month today but decided to give it back to them tomorrow since Aaron’s has a better one for me for $40 less a month. You guys need to understand stuff happens in people’s life and as long as they end up making the payment then you need to back off. I’m never going back to rent a center again!!!

Terrible customer service. Treated me like I owe 4 months of payments on a car after 1 week. Said they where going to get cops involved and issue a Warrent for my arrest after 2 weeks missed payments. They blow youre phone up every hour and all youre refrences until you pay.
