Not a good supplier if you need a counter top. We custom ordered a counter and paid a premium for our specs. After very minimal use (and no abuse) it developed chips in the formica in more than one location. Additionally a seam allowed water to penetrate and the top has swelled/buckled in a very conspicuous spot. Note this was all after just a couple months of light use. The company was unwilling to offer anything to us- replacement, repair, nor credit for the poor quality workmanship of the product. Needless to say Id recommend not using Cherry Street for counters!That said I can’t speak to other service they supply, so this is a limited scope review from this one experience.

I have not used Cherry Street Building Supply prior to this experience as I was using more local building supply companies in my area (Stephens City, VA) When I began to feel I was being ripped off and could not get 2 different companies quotes on materials for a Trex Deck and Cedar Pergola to come remotely close to one another and was getting better pricing on online purchasing websites for single items than i was showing on a bulk order. Things didnt make sense. That when I reached out to Travis T. with CS Building Supply and he blew it out of the water. Could not be more impressed or pleased with the level of customer service, expertise, and exceptional pricing. It was to the point where I was so happy with the experience I would have been willing to pay additional through them (within Reason) just because of the level of trust and communication I felt had been established up front with their representatives. Not to mention Delivery times for other providers were out as far as 6 weeks. Where CS building supply was able to pull it off in 1. Again, Great Service, Great Team. They do research to find me the right materials, at the right price ( always more than competitive). They do materials take of.All saving me time, but the most valuable feature they offer, is timely delivery.
