1 1/2 regular checkout lanes in the AM? (1/2 because they left their light off with people finishing up than took fresh costumers after we waited forever in line.) Would have been different if we would have been informed we could step a few steps to the left and be done. Spent more time in line than shopping.

I usually do most of my shopping in store.They stay well stocked and usually have the simple things that I am looking for! I love to use there app! You can do all your shopping before you go to the store! Plus if they don’t have something your looking for you can have it ordered to the store! I usually love to come in the store cause I can grab some energy drinks! The service here is usually ok, but I have been to some Walmart’s were they had really great service! Also they a have an easy to use and informational pharmacy so that’s always helpful!

As a full-time RVer, I appreciate Walmarts policy of allowing us to park in their parking lot overnight. It is always good to check in with the manager, to let them know tyou are parking on their property...

I never have a problem with walmart. I had to return a pair of glasses I ordered online from marketplace and I immediately got credit. Service was fast and friendly. I use there grocery pickup service and its wonderful.

Today I went in to Walmart for a Money Order. I have never used one before and Kristy in the services department helped me purchase one and then went the extra mile to show me how to fill it out. I really appreciated her friendly demeanor and how helpful and patient she was with me. She have excellent customer service!

Thank you Walmart for carrying boys dress shoes as it seems the stores that sell dress shoes for boys are few and far between.

I have to say that previously I didnt give high marks to this store or the one in warrenton due to a very poor selection of local products. Specifically breweries. I posted a photo of the warrenton sites brew for that location previously.. However, today that had changed for this location. I found theyve installed a low profile double sided cooler in the alcohol section that now contains a wide variety of local and craft brews. Ive provided a photo of this great upgrade. Stay thirsty my friends!

Stopped as part of an RV trip. Filled up on all supplies plus this Walmart does allow overnight parking up the hill. Had a quiet night

Clean and staffed with plenty of helpful people on the sales floor. The greeter even left his post to help me get started.

I am not one these people that hate wal mart for any of the popular reasons. In fact, I shop here regularly. Recently I tried buying tires from them. This is a huge mistake on my part. I think if you are buying an item from their store, you are fine and in good shape, but things that require expert product knowledge or installation, avoid these guys. Customer service is terrible, and we had a defective tire that they did not know or maybe care how to file a claim with the company. Again, if I need a tshirt, gallon of milk, etc... no problem

The driver or someone drank from one of our drinks and still delivered our food like nothing was wrong. Disgusting.

This store location runs out quickly of product and takes a bit to restock again.

They really keep it clean at that Walmart very organized and can find what youre looking for very easy.

Former employee; a lot of ignorant folks in this store. Cashiers are all very kind but are trained by other cashiers, so don’t blame them for not knowing certain procedures (If you need something done other than just checking out, you might wanna go to customer service.) Most cashier management very nice, but EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with any other management. Customer service people are mostly very nice but NEVER answer the phone. Hardly any personnel wearing masks; its barely enforced because none of them care. Store is usually pretty gross (half eaten food everywhere; nothing sanitized). Deli food almost always burnt. Store is always crowded but cashiers are never scheduled properly. I found an old lady laying down in the dog food isle one time.

This Walmart is getting two stars because the employees have not been the most helpful. And several times my children have overheard lude conversations where the employees show no regard for the presence of kids. It wasnt accidental either, it was blatant. The store is always packed and often youre forced to stand in line for self check out or stand in line where the tobacco is. Youll see 7 or 8 employees just standing around doing nothing while all the other lanes are closed. And every time I go and I mean EVERY time, the store greeter is way overweight on a handicap cart playing on his phone. If you say hi to him he just looks at you. I mean really? I thought he was unable to walk but nope watched him get up walk outside and smoke. Id recommend another Walmart or any other store in Culpeper. Theres plenty to choose from.

I rated this Culpeper 3 stars because there was toooo many people there for my comfort level! The self check out was crowded and did not allow for social distancing. Store was well organized and appeared clean...they just need to control how many people are in there at one time.

Every time I visit they have no or theyre not charged or not working motor scooters. Most of the time I have to wait, visit another center or shop elsewhere

I wish Id known it was a regular small Walmart, and not a Super Center, before I went.

Always my go to for grocery shopping, toys and kids clothes!

Ive noticed since covid that things arent restocked as regularly as normal. Im sure theyre receiving a lot more online grocery orders though & some things are just not available so didnt want to knock them for that. The one thing I dont like about this Walmart versus others is there never seems to be enough cashiers & lines are long frequently. The cashiers are always friendly and try to get you through quickly. Anytime Ive needed help finding something, everyone Ive asked has either told me where to find it or walked me to it. If they didnt know where it was they looked it up & found the answer for me. Ive only done grocery pickup once & right before a snowstorm so it did take a long time, 45 mins, but dont know if thats normal times. Ive also used the in store pick up & someone has always helped me right away. Overall the store is a good place to go when you need more than just a grocery store

Always crowded...never enough cashiers. Best just to order on the app and pick it up. Beware though, the inventory on the app isnt always accurate.

Its a casual Walmart just a little bigger. Customer service is great.

Extremely crowded. No sanitizer wipes to wipe carts down with. I didnt see barely any employees wearing the masks or disposable gloves & that includes the cashiers as well with whom you, the customer, come into contact with directly by paying (if paying by cash) & the shopping bags which contain your merchandise that without a doubt has been passed through SEVERAL hands before reaching yours.

There are never any registers available shelves are not stocked aisles are filled with online shoppers which makes it very difficult for the in store shoppers there is no one to assist or they dont know where an item is they do not take the time to show where you can find something

I have shopped at Walmarts in 5 different states and find the Culpeper store to be more difficult than the others Ive shopped at over the years. Rarely are there enough check-out lines open and the constant re-arranging and moving products from one isle to another makes shopping a nightmare at times. On the bright side, I have noticed that the employees are VERY helpful locating products that I have been unable to find.

Things have changed since the pandemic my visit today was interesting and pleasant. They had everything I needed and theyve changed things around for the better

This particular Walmart in Culpeper VA is not all you hope for! Its always too crowded. The parking lot is a nightmare, it could stand rethinking to organize it better. I rather travel to Ruckersville or Warrenton now thats a comfortable setting Warrenton walmart I miss shopping there. Any whoo thats my two cent.

This is a nice rural Walmart. Its Walmart and the people that work there have always been nice.

As usual, never enough cashiers.Isles blocked with associates doing whatever (audits, tagging, whatever) which is a real pain when its busy.Diesel pumps are extremely slow. I never get my diesel there because of the pumps being so slow.Traffic flow through this parking lot is nearly impossible.

Its walmart😐 I go because sometimes I dont have another place to get what I need. I really dont like this particular walmart due to the shady practices of there lose prevention team. This girl accused me of not scanning items, she asked me to come to the back and I cooperated. She found nothing after checking my receipt and my bags 3 times in a row. When asked about my purse I opened it up and she looked inside and found nothing! No apology no nothing!!

Just picked up a rotisserie chicken at Culpeper Walmart & this is how it looked when I sliced it. 🤢🤢 There was blood where I sliced along with huge blood clots & it was sitting in a pool of blood ... this is the 2nd time this has happened .. will never use them again. Using Martins from now on.

Shelves werent stocked, items that were there were either not priced or slashed with a knife. I think we need another Walmart for the population boom. I would give this no stars, but forced to give 1 star to have my comment submitted.
