Great availability of stone, nice staff that are knowledgeable, and an open office area for displays. Delivery was quoted at $180 flat rate which was double from a competitor and 3x the amount from lowes for a similar product.While I was there, a loader hit a parked car so be sure to park in front away from truck loading.

I had a wonderful experience at this place, the customer service was excellent, and the delivery was right on time. They were an excellent help for my Eagle Scout Project and I would recommend this company to anyone needing gravel work done.

My husband and I needed Gravel for our driveway and did not want it to break the bank . I called 7 other companies including the Kerns in Fredericksburg and found not only the cheapest price here at Kerns in Culpeper VA but the BEST customer service of all and absolutely most helpful, I spoke with Jamie !The dump truck came with the gravel and the older gentlemen driving was also incredibly nice and went out of his way to dump the gravel to where we barely even needed to spread it ourselves ..He also knew my son was watching and that he loves trucks so the man before he left smiled big and waved at my son and gave a little honk as he left our court and was on his way . HIGHLY RECOMMEND KERNS OF CULPEPER

We searched all over for flag stone sold by the piece instead of pallets. This place has them and lots of choices of size and color. They also have tons of other stone pavers, gravel, sand and mulch. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Unpleasant customer service. They care more about their hardscape and landscape business owners than about the regular customers doing a diy project. Would not recommend.

I have used AB Kearns for the last 8 years or so to supply and deliver #4 and #57 granite stone to my property in Rappahannock for road and high traffic area maintenance. I have always found them to be courteous, reliable, efficient, and for the most part competitive. Their drivers are skilled at laying stone down directly from the truck along a driveway or over a particular area, as directed, which greatly reduces the time to finish a project.
