If I could give 0 stars I would. All I did was call and ask if they had any inventory in store that I could come and look at, explained everything online was showing out of stock. Whoever I talked to was just rude as could be. That doesnt make me want to come spend thousands of dollars when Im in the market for a new zero turn. What a douche.

Went to buy new mower today and walked into store. 1 person buying a mower,I believe, and no one else in store. Not once did anyone say we will be right with you or any type of acknowledgement. They could give me a new mower and I would not accept for the service is just plan poor. Please note I am sure nice people but just dont understand human beings like this.

My daughter went to pick up a lawn mower that her husband bought, she brought her daddy to make sure she was getting the right one for her yard. The sales person never acknowledged her, and then proceeded to tell her her once you sign the papers you own it, not true you can change your mind. Yes rude service..

I recently went here shopping for a new zero turn mower... multiple sales reps were in the place and not one apprached to offer me assistance...one in fact looked at me as if i was not supposed to be there...i hate to say that i was stereotyped, and i definitely hate involving race but needless to say after about 10 minutes of shopping on my own i took my business elsewhere as i was obviously not wanted there... im now the owner of a brand new 54 inch zero turn from a much more professional establishment...and this place will never get my business

My wife and I went in on a Saturday to purchase a Cub Cadet zero turn. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. Financing was available to us from a third party lender and very easy!! Highly recommend this dealer for any cub cadet purchase.

While the gentleman in sales seemed to be a great guy the over all dealership experience was absolutely a joke I went in to purchase a kabota zero turn and use my current mower as a trade. They tried to give me a 3rd of what the trade was actually worth. Went to Orange kabota dealer and got exceptional customer service and a honest trade. Very disappointing I could not deal in my very own Hometown I was born and raised in. Parts counter very rude!. To bad

Just purchased my first Kubota zero turn mower and couldnt be any happier. Great service department, very friendly staff.

Every, single, time, I, call, during, normal, business, hours, it rings, and rings then finally someone picks up doesnt introduce themselves... ask for parts and get transferred to wait another 15 rings to get a voice mail... and they dont call back.No parts on shelf have to order everything worse than napa,My kubota dealer is now good old internet and if this dealership is your only option... stay home, have a beer ready, and prepare to grow a beard in phone limbo because they dont have your part in stock.Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.Extremely regular customer.Sorry but this has been over 1 year due and I tried giving the benefit of the doubt.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I called to speak with a sales person and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. They really should really hire a receptionist with some friendly customer service. So needless to say I went and bought my Kubota lawn mower from another dealer......the one in Orange,VA is great.

Kubota dealership in Culpeper, Virginia. Typical tractor and lawn mower dealer with parts available as well as new equipment for demonstrations.

This place has the worst customer service you could imagine. Ordered and paid for parts and they said I would be called when they arrived. A month later and no call and they don’t pick up the phone.
