I went originally to ship something UPS. It was quick and easy and I was pleased. But I was also pleased to see their great selection of ink and their wide selection of packing and shipping materials. The employees were friendly and efficient!

Today me and my husband went into use their fax machine to fax government related documents. It was not even noon yet, and we were not off to a great start. Thankfully, this lovely young woman in this department walked over to greet us (after she could see we were struggling). I told her what I needed done and she literally did everything for me! The stress immediately lifted off of my shoulders. Then we get to the register, and well that was a whole different story. While I never had the opportunity to get this young womans name, I hope that she reads this and knows that you had a huge impact on our day and life. Its difficult to see society display any sort of humanity anymore, yet you reminded me that we still do have kind humans in this world. Again, we thank you for your kindness, respect, and generosity.This Staples displayed the highest level of customer service that I have ever received! Keep up the great work!

Service is hit or miss. Ive had decent customer service experiences here all the way down to lousy/nonexistent.Despite being a good-sized store, selection is often lacking. Not sure if this is a location issue or a more wide-spread corporate issue.Self-self copy machines are stocked with horribly thin paper that isnt worth the time it takes to make the copies.

Needed decorative copy paper to print invitations ....they had many choices plus now have Christmas letter paper...plus 30% off the second package 😊

Clean store with helpful employees...very happy.

Staff very helpful and friendly great place to shop

The email to print was not working. Was there over 30 mins. Never received the confirmation code. Not even after I left. No one came over to see what the problem was. But...people in the other section were looking because my husband picked out a $30 dollar calander board, card box, and car cellphone holder and had it over by the printing section where I was at like we need to steal!! I put everything back and walked out. Not good at all.

Friendly service. Though not as large as other Staples stores I have been to, you can pretty much find any office supplies you need here.

Customer service sucks. The young long dark hair girl that works in copy section was not helpful at all. Had to figure everything ourselves. Then still didnt work so had to leave and go else where
