Associates are helpful. We were able to find what we need right away. They also help us search at other branches if they dont have it on stock. Just a bit pricey versus online stores but we appreciate seeing the real thing before buying.

Michaels (Homestead) Photo Framing department is simply outstanding in terms of their Customer Service. I go there sometimes for custom framing pictures. On different occasions, Glory and Katie (manager) in that department helped me out with the frames, matte and so on. They are the epitome of exceptionally good customer service. They are courteous, patient, knowledgable and make you feel that they are part of your team to do this mini project of framing a picture very successful. I am very glad to meet these two great professionals who demonstrate time and again how to exceed a customers expectation and consistently.

Enough stuff to unleash your creative mind. Was recently organizing an event and made several trips to this store. Pretty much found anything and everything we needed.

I can always spend hours or even a day at Michael’s. They have everything varied from home decorations, to art supplies, fabrics and even to home organizers. The customer service is great 😊 They help you find what you are looking for in the store or in their inventory.

Extremely helpful always know where to find what youre looking for and if they dont have it in stock Ill call another store for you. Clearance aisle is awesome you can always find something there. They did announce that they were concerned about Covid safety. They did have spacing on the check out isles. There was no evidence that they were cleaning carts, though they said they were. There was no sanitizer available. The checker did clean surfaces between customers. I will only go here during off peak times because I didnt notice any regulation of number of customers entering store.

Our go-to place for things like artificial flowers (i.e. Memorial Day) and crafts supplies. Theres usually a weekly promotion discount that you can take advantage of. We recently picked up some photo boxes on sale. The store is well-organized, clean and well-stocked. checkout is also efficient and store workers are helpful and friendly. Theyre conveniently located near the DeAnza/Sunnyvale-Saratoga exit off 280. Definitely recommend.

Free Parking. Lots of different items, some you didnt know you wanted before going. Some stuff feels expensive but other stuff is a steal, particularly, the items for the season that just passed. Nice to have price scanners on each side of the store. Easy to find things for creative types that like decorating or creative kids. Shopping carts are not new and not the easiest to move around.

I love coming into the store. Today I was here with a friend and we went up and down all of the rose of every section and it was wonderful. I wound up going back to very next day to buy something I had seen and still wanted. My only complaint is sometimes the line can get very long at the cash registers.

My husband and I went there for his birthday surprise! It turned out to be amazing! We both loved the class and cant wait to go back again. Very friendly and nice staff!!

One stop for a lot of DIY art and craft projects. But recently the quality of product seems going down. Sometimes the goods come with strong chemical smells which is a bit concerning.

This Michaels has a good variety of art/craft and home goods in stock. They tend to be very busy and not have a lot of cashiers so checking out can sometimes take awhile. However the employees are very friendly!

Very well organized which makes it easy to find whatever you need for every hobby. Great options price wise. You can find reasonably priced items if youre just starting out on a project/hobby and higher end products for pros as well.

Was going here expecting to see an Aaron Brothers, but quickly found out that they are now just an in-store department. The frame selection was limited with several bare spots where the size, and type of material, were either sold out, or just not restocked. All of the hanging tools were difficult to find making me wander around and go up and down every aisle until I finally found them. The aisles are difficult to navigate due to how little space there is.

Found the frame and Yarn that I was looking for but it was really funny that the clerk that looked up an item we could not find said we could find it Sunnyvale. Well, Sunnyvale has been closed. But I guess they still have stock on hand.

LOVE everything about Michaels! Because I need dozens of fake flowers, ton of stock papers, 36 pair of scissors with different edges, rolls of yarn to make enough sweaters for my kitties, gallons of glue to make goo, storage containers to store more stuff I bought from Michaels.....you get it!

This is the WORST run Michaels store. I had purchased a Dragonfly pendant. The clasp broke the second I took it out of the package. I had the package and the receipt within 2 weeks of purchase. Manager was questioning if she would accept the return. As if it was MY fault the cheap import junk Michaels is selling now was broken. Manager rude, lines always long.I returned 3 items on 3 separate receipts. Clerk gave me change separately for each. When I asked if he could convert the change to bills he said had to ask the manager first. Seriously!? He JUST gave me the change! I didnt just walk in and ask for change. The manager almost didnt let him do it! The staff at this store cant think for themselves. Dont shop here. Go to Sunnyvale or Blossom Hill instead!Or better yet, find quality products for less somewhere else. At least 10% of the jewelry supplies I had purchased had problems or broke within a short amount of time. Most of the jewelry supplies are substandard imports. Disappointed customer!

Some time hard to identify price on the goods that are for sale and discount

Not compassionate. Walked there carrying a baby, to get glitter. Arrived one minute after closing and they wouldnt accommodate. There were still customers in the store. Selection is OK, but over priced. Usually a wait for check out. Go elsewhere if you can. Otherwise make sure to get there on time and plan for a wait.

Went to two different Michaels to have pictures framed. Waited in line for a long time and ended up leaving the first location. Longer wait time in the 2nd location, close to half an hour, only to be told they cant cut the border of the print. Went to a frame shop and they did what I wanted surprised Michaels wouldnt do it. My print looks beautiful in my new frame from art and frame unlimited.

Its a decent crafts shop with a lot of the art supplies required for a school project. As long as what youre looking for isnt too weird, you can probably find it here.

My daughter loves crafts and everything she asks for is available at Michaels. Also you get 40% off on next purchase sometimes.

This Michaels location is very close to my home. Store manager Sabrina and all other employees are really good and always ready to help. 2 years back, I did all the Wilton cake decorations from here with instructor Liat Avivi. She was amazing. Most of the weekends I take my daughter for the art class on Saturday’s here for $2 ( material is included to). They have good collection of beads and other jewellery materials too.

This Michaels has been in the location since forever and theyve managed to stay after the renovation of the plaza. The store is pretty big; Im not really an art person, so I cant speak on the quality of the products/brands they carry, but its a convenient store to grab stuff for an art project or event. I threw a wine and paint night and came here to buy my supplies. Check for coupons!

The selections are wide if u are an art enthusiast. The shopping environment is conducive as its quiet and clean compared to other sites of Michaels. But the price here for the same thing found elsewhere is much higher, which might cause the leaving of customers.

You have got everything here for your craft needs .i sometimes just go and walk around just to see the beautiful materials they have kept . It is little pricey though but the materials they have kept be it colors, brushes, flowers or canvas everything is of a very good quality .

The staffs were very friendly and helpful but for the manager. She was rude to a customer at the billing counter when she had doubts about her bulk purchase.
