We had a great experience at the Cupertino Sleep Number store, learning about the different types of mattresses and features. And of course laying down and experiencing all of them. We decided on the p6 and love its adjustability. Thanks to Mario and Rachel for all of their help and patience!

Great Customer service. Usually we come across issues when we arrive somewhere with our service dog. They were very patient and worked with is until we found the bed we wanted.

Very good service. Their mattresses I think are overpriced.I bought a pillow that I end up not liking. You can exchange pillow once and then you are stuck with your choice. You cant return, only exchange. Id say that you have more flexibility when buying from Amazon then from this premium prices place.

Rachel took the time to see what weve been looking for in a bed and how we slept. She guided us through trying multiple beds and narrowing down the selection. She was excellent about explaining the pros and cons of each bed and enabled us to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pressured.

Rachel was superb! After owning a SN bed for over 20 years, I already knew which smart bed beats all the competition. Sleep Number of course! The in house demo backed by the Mayo Clinics sleep clinics science and studies was top notch. The Cupertino store is not inside a packed mall so it made getting in and out easy. Their appointment system and Covid safety guidelines/ environment made us feel extra comfortable. Check it out.

Store has everything that you would want for your bedroom and a lot of special features and items. $$$$$ though :)

Great customer service.

I have been having terrible back pain and I went into the Sleep Number store to learn more about the air bed technology. The beds are so comfortable. I guess I have a weird body shape and it just was not working with my current mattress. My current mattress was brand new as well. They were great at social distancing and keeping the store empty. They cleaned everything and sprayed everything with sanitizers. Leslie was so great!

Mario was great! He explained all the benefits. He was very attentive on what I wanted out of the bed and very understanding to keep my options within my price point. Can’t wait to get my new bed!!!
