I usually never come to a place like this for an oil change. I usually go to personal mechanics and avoid stealerships. The prices were fair enough and they did what was advertised. For fluid services, I’d probably come back again.

This Jiffy Lube location is the best! I come here on a regular basis with our multiple family cars, for oil change and tire rotation; They have been nothing short of professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Service is always fast and pleasant and it does not feel as if they are trying to charge me for services not needed (as the case in other service places). Would give them 6 starts if there were any!

I had been using this Jiffy Lube for about 10 years for oil change, tire rotation and transmission oil flush. Recently, one of my friend told me a horrible story about Jiffy Lube didnt tighten her oil dripping pan nut right so that her check engine light on while driving on freeway. Since I noticed my car has abrupt shift while driving, so I bring my car to my mechanic for an oil change. To our surprise, the oil filter can not ne removed with several tries. They tried many attempts and finally get it off. The filter was filled up with muddy stuff. And the date on the filter was in 2019. So we thought, it might be over tightened in 2019 and then Jiffy Lube employee decided not to replace the filter anymore. I decide to leave Jiffy Lube for service. Since I did a transmission oil flush with them before so I have to schedule time with my mechanic to replace the transmission oil and filter again this week. Hopefully they can get their quality up. They do have convenient locations but I have to drive a long way to another place.

I came in this morning for a full-service oil, lube and filter. The gentlemen were thorough, very professional and lightning fast. I felt very good about coming here when I drove away. Speaking as a woman thats an unusual experience for car service. I will come back here again the next time my car surprises me with an oil light blink.

First their rates are on the higher side and then their actual costs are always higher than advertised costs.. there is always some fine print to make your bill higher.

Bad experience. RUDE MANAGER. To avoid.It was my 3 time theres. Walk-in and rapid service. Many nice, helpful employees.But 3rd time, it was the manager who take my car in charge and was rude, not providing enough information and time to explain or discuss. I were about doing $450 of maintenance and oil change, and he was not nice/respectful.So calmly I left and done the needed job awayI WONT BE BACK.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I was overcharged! My dealer is offering synthetic oil change for $59.95. The reason I go to Jiffy lube is, quick service and the walk-in experience which is fairly straightforward. I was charged $99.95! without taxes and the extra quart of synthetic oil. I cant recall paying this much ever at Jiffy lube for a synthetic oil change.When asked about this, the service desk person said increase in prices due to covid-19. And it is reasonable to pay an extra 10-15, but not 40 !!!I brought the car in, and was already being serviced, so, I decided not to stop, and make a scene.I am definitely not coming back.Additionally, they didnt vacuum the interiors or clean the car for the so called signature service.

February 17 2020Went after work at 4:10pm and was out by 4:40pm with 3 others ahead of me. I went in for an oil change and a new air filter. I was greeted by Jose and 2 others. Good customer service

This place used to be great, but seems like there is a change in ownership and now all they care about is profit and how they can get you to do add on service when you just want a simple oil change. When I went for a oil change, without asking me, they took out my engine and cabin air filter. They were a little dirty but I usually change them myself because its easy to do and cheaper.They kept pressuring me to change them and after 2-3 times they told me that my car would stall if I dont have it changed. I thought that was a bit unusual and hope they havent done anything that would really stall the car. I like Jiffy Lube, so will need to find another location because this one is not good !! Very poor sales tactics and bad customer relations..

They are very patient to explain the issues that I have in my car. Service is excellent and waitting time is short.

I am a regular at this place and no pressure at all when it comes to service. I usually get asked to replace air filter when its not even that dirty as other location Ive been to. I am a happy customer.

Quick fast service

Quick, easy oil change service. Mine took about 18 minutes on Friday afternoon. In addition, for free, they checked many things about the car and washed my windows.

Hard to get through when calling. No one answers and it goes straight to a voicemail box that is full. Trying to find out if they are open or not or what the new hours are. The website said open but when I drove over to the shop it was closed.

Quick in and out, so much faster than a car showroom/service center which is where I always went for a long time!

I went in for a long-overdue oil change. No complaints about the price (although the next time I go, Ill probably look into a Groupon coupon or something); no complaints about the amount of time it took (reasonable), or the work they did. The waiting area was clean and had complimentary coffee. If I was in the area the next time I needed an oil change, I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Awesome service! Went in for an oil change. The team was very helpful, friendly, and fast. I was in and out in 15 minutes for $38. Bonus points for vacuuming my interior, tightening my rearview mirror, and checking my transmission and radiator fluids!!

I brought my Audi A5 in for an oil change thinking that I could save some time and money. As soon as I got my car back, it displayed a warning about the oil level, telling me to immediately shut down the car and check the oil. I went back in and to ask the manager about this and they took another look and instructed me that it was fine and the warning should go away. I drove the car home and the next day it was still displaying the warning. I took the car back to Jiffy Lube and again they took a look and instructed me that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to take the car to an Audi dealership. At no point was there an offer of a refund, to fix the problem, or to help in any way. I took the car to the dealership and Audi told me that they had somehow managed to damage 2 different oil sensors that now have to be replaced.Grand total for this quick, cheap oil change? 4 days with no car and $600 in parts and service. NEVER take a car you care about to these guys.

Went there for a quick oil change.. but before they talk prices, they first get your personal information and you cant do a simple oil change with quality oil. Only sold in packages, my price would have been 79 dollars w/out tax. What I dont like it the waste of time, I asked to talk services as soon as I walked in but they first got the car all ready and propped up before I was able to discuss options. Why not be up front? I declined and left and will not be back. Trying a local small shop next.

Never had a problem with a service Ive gotten at Jiffy Lube. The line of questions they ask before they do work on your car and the free inspection of various things is extremely helpful to get to know what needs to be done to your vehicle and what you are being charged for.

Well I just got oil change on Jan 12th. Noticed right away the smell of burning oil. Thought it was some overage and spillage burning. Noticed some smoke this week at times, thought it was just burning whatever excess was left. Just moved my car and I’m leaking oil all over the place. I’m taking car back tomorrow and hope they do the right thing and fix.

I had a very bad experience. Gave my vehicle for oil change & replacing the brake light bulb. The job was completed but the trunk door lock is broken. (when they were replacing the brake light bulb). Not able to close the trunk door. I am not able to drive my car. The trunk door opens suddenly. I am very sure it was fine when I gave it. The technician kept arguing / repeating that it was broken before. There is no way I could have driven it to their store if it were so. Actually they broke it when fixing the brake light. He advised me to take it to car dealer to fix it. Now I am running after mechanics to fix the same.!! Real bad customer service :-( !!Deserve less than 1 star.

I have been going to Honda Dealer for all the oil change and servicing. I was pleasantly surprised by quick service at Jiffy Lube and fair prices for services compared to the dealer.

My last oil change was super fast, the tech was knowledgeable about requirements for newer v older Toyotas, they replace a burned out bulb that I didnt know was nonfunctioning. Saved me the trouble of dealing with it.

Comparatively expensive (thats why not much rush) though or may that is why pretty fast service. Took about half an hour in Tire rotation, Oil Change and a backlight bulb change.

Not knowing that my father took my car in for an oil change while I was on a business trip, I brought my car in. I was expecting the staff to be a bit rough as I have noticed they seem irritated and deal with rude customers. They did not notice that the oil was fresh and filter was new. It is a bit concerning that 1) they didn’t notice it or 2) they knew and charged the oil anyway. I had been coming to this jiffy lube since My first car 19 years ago, but I will not be returning after this incident.
