I went bridal gown shopping with my mom on the east coast and fell in love with a dress, only to find out it had been discontinued. I was so relieved when Nikki was able to call the designer and get it ordered right way. She was very patient and friendly and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my many questions. I would absolutely recommend this store.
Bought all my dresses here for prom and winter formal for high school. although i imagine most of the income from their store comes from a college age audience (there are 10+ surrounding middle and high schools) the dresses are really pricey. though if the price is worth it for you and you want to have a totally one of a kind dress, then go for it!
Worst experience I have ever had. Purchased my wedding dress and was told alterations were included only to find out that my grandmother, my mother and I all misunderstood. Even though they insisted I order two sizes too big. Very dirty trick. My wedding is also less than 6 months away and this place told me to come in around 4 months to order bridesmaid dresses. Since I wanted to get an early start I went in to ask about this. They now dont provide the bridal party any discount and informed me that they cant do bridesmaid dresses at all. They also tried to tell me I didnt pay for dress when I had the receipt of payment. Spoke to 3 different people including the manager and they were all so so rude and overly aggressive. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience became so horrible. I left crying. This is my wedding. My once in a lifetime day and experience. Bay Area Bridal ruined what was supposed to be a memorable fun experience with my family and bridal party. No person should be treated the way they treated me today. Worst business ever and I advise no one to go here. Go somewhere where you will be treated like a human being and with respect. Dont risk what should be such a memorable and great experience on a place that will ruin it for you.
Literally the worst retail experience Ive ever had. I called them before and left a voicemail to see if it was okay to come in. Didnt ever call me back. So I showed up and they started to help me and even though they were literally all of over the place -- I understood. Fast forward an hour later Im finally starting to try on a dress and as I try on the first one, the manager (whos super rude btw) comes in and literally KICKS ME OUT.Needless to say Im never coming back and I hope this review helps people realize what a horrible experience and service this place provides.
