I had my kitchen redone 10 years ago. I still recommend Signature whenever asked for a referral. Patty was truly my angel. I did this on my own, knowing virtually nothing except that I wanted it done. She was there for every step. She designed it, made suggestions about cabinets, etc. She even met me at the tile place to help with the backsplash. Her work was impeccable. It still looks gorgeous. Highly highly recommend.

Patty listened, advised us wisely, and created a design that showed creativity and a layout that we would not have imagined on our own.

Tammy was an excellent resource during the design process of our new kitchen. There were many very small but impactful choices to make and she handled all of the details with wisdom and grace. The end result was fabulous! The quality is exceptional. We definitely got what we paid for!

Great choice if you are looking for a low-end remodel. We are in the process of remodeling what will be our dream home, but this firm was unable to help with custom designs and high end products that we require. They kept pushing their partner brands which were items you would find at your local hardware store, not high-end custom brands. No creativity in the design. If you are looking for a renter quality remodel, this is your group. If you have a high-end home, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Patty came to the house several times (wearing masks and following appropriate Social Distancing Protocols) and helped plan our new kitchen floorplan and cabinetry. I completed a new construction project last year. Bridgette Bennett at Signature Kitchen & Bath Design was my kitchen cabinet designer. She was an absolute joy to work with throughout the project! Shes very professional, has good taste and detailed oriented. During the framing phase, she came over twice to measure the area to make sure the cabinets fit. She understood my needs, worked us through the design process, helped us select style of panel, suggested the color and even included all the appliance with exact dimension into her cabinet design. During the final installation, she also helped order missing piece and worked very well with my contractors. What a great customer service experience!The cabinet quality is excellent and looks very high end. Thanks to Bridgette for her excellent work. We worked primarily with Bridgette on a complete kitchen remodel. Overall, she was creative, professional, and reliable throughout the process.During the design phase, Bridgette brought new ideas to the space and was able to incorporate our needs and even some luxuries into the design. Whenever we had questions, Bridgette and Curt were there with answers.The whole team at Signature is great. Even though I didn’t work directly with Patty or Giana, they were always knowledgeable of our project and available to help with quick questions. Now that our project is done, it feels odd not to stop by the shop or hear from them via email as frequently. I suppose I know where I will be going for any future projects.

It’s been 4 years since Signature Kitchen & Bath did our kitchen. We absolutely love it! It still looks brand new. I initially thought I wanted white cabinets but with our 7 grandkids coming over I lot, Patty suggested an alternative. Gray cabinets? Seriously? That’s all we could talk about on the way home. We went with the gray and we love them! A little masculinity for my husband and beautiful white and gray sparkly quartz countertops for me!

We recently finished a complete renovation of our kitchen and family room. Took them both down to the studs, walls and ceiling. For this renovation, we went to Signature Kitchen and Bath Design for the cabinets. We needed a lot of cabinets. Patty asked a lot of questions to find out what we wanted, what was important to us, and what we wanted to avoid. She then went through the options of manufacturer, style, material and color. Patty was very patient with us and walked us through the decision making.After that Patty started on the detailed design, the layout of the doors and drawers. Again a lot of questions and options. When the first design was ready for our review Patty went over it with us in great detail, explaining where alternatives were available and the merits of each. Patty has a real eye for design. She came up with things we would not have ever thought of. After a few iterations the final design looked really good on paper. But the installation came out looking and functioning even better than it did on paper.Working with Patty was great, not to mention educational. And the final result is spectacular, if I do say so myself.

We used Signature Kitchen and Bath for a complete remodel of our kitchen. We loved them! Bridgette was our designer and she was awesome. I am very detailed and she was incredibly patient with both me and my husband as we forged out a design. Things I loved about them:If there was a problem with the cabinets, no problem, they replaced the product. If my contractor was busy and something needed to get done right away with the cabinets, no problem, they did their best come over and take care of it. We had one miscommunication and they made it very comfortable for us to talk about the issue. And lastly if something about the cabinets or cabinet layout needed to be addressed, they came over in a timely fashion, to my house!, to take a look and figure out a plan. We used Bridgette, love her, and she was the lead designer but the entire team helped out if she was busy or unavailable . We would definitely use them again!

We hired Signature Kitchen & Bath Design to design/build kitchen and master bath cabinets in our new home. With so many decisions to make combined with financial pressures, home renovation/build can be a very stressful process and finding the right company to help you with this is absolutely essential as I have learned.Bridgette and Curt were the most professional, accommodating and patient contractors I could have ever wished for. They helped us designing the kitchen exactly fitting our needs and budget, but, even more importantly, they provided unrivaled customer service experience: took care of every detail, personally oversaw the delivery and installation process, happily made changes to the order (already after the installation!), made sure everything worked properly and even weeks after the installation they came over to made minor adjustments I requested. They are the most wonderful people to work with and I am grateful for their expertise and support throughout this project.

I took a friend out today to see the new and expanded showroom. I had not visited Signature Kitchen and Bath since they moved to their larger space on DeAnza. The showroom is amazing with every kind of kitchen porn you can imagine.The owner Patty took us through all of her kitchen vignettes and showed us all of the special features of each style. She was very patient with my friend and gave him an amazing education about the various products and their quality. She showed us the various levels of craftsmanship and workmanship of the cabinets and explained all about the difference between natural stone and other options.Patty and her team are experts and you can tell they LOVE what they do and they have a passion for kitchens and baths. They know how to work with any budget and they actually LISTEN to what you want and help you design the perfect kitchen and bath for you and your home.5 stars all the way. Thank you Patty! Professional and pleasant ! They were a pleasure to work with. Designed a great kitchen for us and came back and fixed issues when something was not quite right. The cabinets are as described. I would highly recommend them.

I went there with photos of cabinet style, wanted to see if they could make it. It is perfectly fine they cannot make the style because it’s a semi-customized cabinetmaker that has limitations. But a man working there interrupted, complaining with anger to me that customers like me do not know the difficulties for making wall mount cabinet. That’s why I haven’t had a chance working with them. I ‘m surprised the way they treat their customer. Isn’t it your responsibility as a professional to educate your customer about what can be done? Simply rude.

We came in for a consultation and spent a great deal of time with Kurt. He was patient and knowledgeable. He also introduced us to a contractor, helping us to get started with the renovation process.

Hassle free! Thats our experience with Patty during our home renovation.We first shopped around Home Depot / Lowes and other cabinets stores, but our impression is that every store is only selling the cabinet while the design is only to measure the dimension.We saw the review on Yelp and it seems Signature has a very good service from reviews. As its close to our home, we swung by and saw Kurt. He didnt ask our budget, instead he asked us what kind of cabinets were interested in. As we didnt have the idea, he showed us different types and styles of cabinets and asked us to think about it first. With the information, we understand what we might need.When we got back again, Kurt scheduled a meeting for us with Patty to start the topic of design. The process is just standard but Patty showed us what matters to design during our first meeting. Then we started the design phase.There are multiple meetings to go through details on color, door types, etc. However, the design was about $1000 over our budget. Instead of asking us for lower quality product, Patty tried both financial adjustment and also design fine tune to meet our design which turned out pretty well.During installation, I called Patty about the issues we met and she showed up in my house in 30 minutes and instructed the workers to finish the job.Over the whole process, we only provided the overall dimension and Patty filled with full design and we only need to nod to agree. She read all appliance specs and worked out the best solution for us. For example, we have 36 cook top and 30 slide-in oven under cook top, she came up with the least expensive solution but still looks nice design.By the way, Patty is really really knowledgeable about everything in the kitchen. Since this is our first time remodeling our kitchen, we also asked her a lot of questions on the choice of countertop, wall/floor tile, backsplash, and even paint color! Every time she was very patient and gave us a lot of valuable suggestions. She even prepared printed list of where we could shop around for kitchen remodeling stuff, which makes our life much easier! We really couldnt say more how we appreciate her generous help throughout our remodeling process...We really like the experience from design to post installation service from Patty and Kurt. Thank you Patty and Kurt! You guys did a great job!

We went into Pattys store after seeing a review on Yelp and spend 5 hours with her picking out our cabinets for our kitchen remodel. We have a baby on the way and were upfront about our deadlines. She told us 5-6 weeks was not a problem. We got our $21K quote and went on our way. The next day we compared the same cabinets at Lowes and they were $5K less expensive so we went back to Patty and told her that while we would like to work with her we can not justify the markup. She convinced us that she wanted to earn our business and that we should work with her. She brough the price down a few thousand dollars and we signed with her. This was all done very quickly since we had to make a decision on Lowes (4th of July savings of $4K). After we signed and lost the opportunity for the sale at Lowes Patty came out to our house. We had a few adjustments to make and asked her about a mistake she made on the plans (wrong stove size), she was unable to recalcalte the plans and said she could not figure out the redesign unitl she got back to her office. The next day (after the cabinets were apparently ordered) she e-mailed my husband and I telling us that she was backing out and would not move foreward with our project. She is a sham with over marked up cabinets and treats customers like they aer disposable. She cost us $4K from the Lowes sales and has put us behind scheduled (when she begged for the business). She does not care about customers she only cares about profit margins. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMAPANY Signature Kitchen & Bath Design Inc
