Horrible customer service. One cant understand that I just want to add a phone to my account while the other one is struggling to open an account for someone while the whole time you have another employee outside on the phone with 4 people waiting.. Sigh.. Dont waist ur time here..

Auto pay charges your account 2 days before your due date when i wanted to pay when the bill was due. it caused my bank to overdraft and charge an extra $34 because cricket billing is designed flawed.slow and sluggish internet, even on unlimited plan after new monthly cycle starts. customer service not helpful to customers wishes.

Cricket coverage is fake.I was in Butcher Jones Recreation Site in Arizona. According to the Cricket website map, there is coverage for mobile network including LTE Internet. However this map is fake. There was no coverage at all.

Before we purchased a new phone, I hand them my phone and asked them to transfer my service to the new cell, but it did not happen. Then we came back and this lady was not helpful. We explained the problem and she kept on asking us lots of questions, even after we showed her both cellphone and the issue. All I wanted was my Cricket service switch onto the new phone. She made us felt very unwelcome.

Parking was tough but the woman who helped me was super helpful and got me in and out quickly. Didn’t try to up sell me as well.
