Terrible Customer service in the pharmacy. The website is not accurate and I asked why. They said thats always wrong? They have broken laws, lied and lost my prescriptions. They are not friendly or helpful. Hope really that I save someone against the drama.
There is an older gentleman there who always ask me if I want to benefit from something. Today he kept on repeating that CVS doesnt give coupons, he said it the first time I said I heard I wasnt looking for coupons and he repeated a couple more times. I dont want assume it is because of my race. All he need to do is take items scan them people pay.
The worst CVS location and the worst customer service I’ve encountered at any store! I walked in and grabbed a few items from the entrance of the store. Before finishing my shopping, I noticed that people were not allowed to pay for their items unless they paid by “Self Checkout Registers.” There was an employee, an older tall overweight man, yelling ( to give instructions) at a female customer who needed help using the self checkout register. So rude! I never like using self checkouts since something always goes wrong then I need to find an employee to help me! Also, I don’t want people to lose their jobs! I noticed a few other people who were suddenly in line and that same CVS employee was still helping the same customer at the Self Checkout Line. I asked this same employee if the only option to pay is for customers to use the Self Checkout Register; he said yes! That’s ridiculous! I left my items in the basket at the store and left this Cupertino CVS. I always receive excellent service at my local CVS in Los Gatos. I just noticed that there are many bad one-star reviews for this Cupertino location as far as employees and pharmacy employees. Never coming to this Cupertino CVS!
Would have given zero star. Most unfriendly and rude staff. Stupid CVS fills prescription and bills insurance without authorization. They should be prosecuted and jailed!
The lady at pick up in the pharmacy was so rude. I was waiting for my turn and another person came after me. The lady told me to stand in the other side because the pick up line is over there. I went and stand in the other side and the other person let me stand in front of her since she saw that I was there first. The lady told me that I have to go behind her. I told her I came before the other person and she said No you still need to go behind her. Seriously?! Are we in kindergarten or something?!! Even the other person was shocked. Then once it was my turn she asked me to go to drop off window line because my prescription didn’t go through insurance. Once the lady in drop off helped me I was asked to go to pick up line AGAIN to pay. I spend half an hour to get my prescription. She was so rude, no costumer service!! I will definitely change my pharmacy.
Several of the pharmacists are extremely rude. One of then can barely speak english and couldn’t spell a simple name. The pharmacy is also always slow.
My Neighborhood CVS. Generally not so busy. Good place for quick shopping.Staff is friendly and helpful. I have used their photo service, it is pretty good for printing few quick pictures. There is ample parking available.

Med clinic woman had a terrible attitude. Refused to see both of us because we didn’t have a printout of a health form. We showed her an email indicating a printout was not required, but she still insisted that it was. Asked if she can print one out for us, she said no.
I went to the minute clinic twice and it was a great experience. But the people at the pharmacy, especially Angela and Steven are terrible at customer service. I did not like the way they treated me, very impolite. I would definitely use the minute clinic again but not the pharmacy.
My go-to CVS. Workers are generally polite but aloof. The store is pretty clean. They always seem to be out of Carnation Milk (I know because I have a rain check note that Ive been just waiting to use..) but otherwise most things are in stock and you never have to wait too long in line.
Been going there over 10 years . Friendly staff . Perhaps a little slow sometimes. Place is spacious. Pharmacy is ok. Maybe needs a little sprucing up.
This is a fairly standard-issue CVS containing everything youd expect in CVS. Perhaps this place needs a remodel and it feels a bit drab inside. There were several people working the checkout, but at the time no one knew where to stand in line. So we were all just huddled around the counter trying to remember whos next.
The pharmacist refused to answer my questions, and when I asked to speak to the manager (and waited as much time until they was available), they also refused to even speak to me at all — making me waste my time and efforts. Go anywhere else and save your time and health!
Every time I go in there’s always some sort of hold up at the register... slowest cvs on the planet 😐

Overpriced items as well as a minute clinic, which is a big oximoron. If you book an appointment there, be ready to empty your wallet. By the way, you should come an hour later than the email asks you to.
Photo service 1-hour pickup is a joke. Walgreens photo service is far better.
I went for the Passport photo service to this store. Had to wait for 10 minutes for the lady (Her name is Jo) to come out and attend. Not even a single smile if not Sorry to keep you waiting. I enquired the price with her and she said every 2 copies is $10.99, for which I unfortunately said Let me think. When I got back to confirm that I would go for it, she already went inside and this time it took 15-20 minutes for her to come. she abosultely had no time or mood to listen to me. she took a picture finally and didnt even had a courtesy to ask me if I liked it or should we take one more. she printed out a photo with chin so high, looked as if a wanted photo. I paid 5$ each for one 2*2 photo so with tax 22$ for 4 copies of a criminal photo.She is the worst I have ever seen. AVOID GOING HERE ESPECIALLY FOR PHOTO SERVICES.

Ive been picking up meds for my family in Cupertino for over 20 years, and have tried all the local pharmacies. This one is about average. They are open until 9:00, an hour later than Rite-Aid (last I checked), but the pharmacy section closes an hour before the posted store hours. The Pharmacy clerks are OK when its open, however the folks at the front need a better attitude. Tonight I just got suckered by their website - went to pick up my daughters meds at 9:20, got int he front door, and the pharmacy was closed. I mentioned to the clerk to the front that the website said 10, and he got pretty mad - he actually said to me I dont care what the website says, the pharmacy has closed at 9 pm for 30 years! You shouldnt believe the website!.Pros: This CVS pharmacy is better staffed than Walgreens or Right Aid, so the wait is shorter - sometimes theres not even a line. The staff in back is friendly and helpful. This CVS has also managed to usually get our prescriptions right over the last few years, unlike the local Walgreens and Right Aid.Cons: The meds come in the most obnoxious child-proof caps Ive ever seen. Their so stiff they are pretty much adult-proof too. Walgreens child-proof caps are a design thats much easier to open. Also, the rude old guy at the front.
I called them to return a nature made iron tabs and Im happy with the response and also the fact that they take it back as my body couldnt accept the dose. :)
On this page it says Pharmacy Today 8:00 am – 12:00 am. What else other than the business hours, would this mean? I get there and they are closed. Hours are from 7am-10pm. Posted on the door.
Jonathan in the pharmacy is extremely rude. All is well with this store if theyd just get rid of that jerk.
This CVS is so unfriendly, they dont post price tags in any places, and the clerks arent allowed to check the prices or they get fired
Just called for their store hours. When I get the answer I said thank you! but I did not get an expected welcome! or even an a-huh! but just get a hang up.
