This is the worst TJmaxx in the world. Roselle C, the cashier, will only trouble you. When I want to return the goods, she finds various reasons to refuse. One time it was said that the system could not find it, another time it said that it was more than 30 days. Under normal circumstances, more than 30 days, other shops will give gift cards. But the cashier just didnt refund me, even if I brought the paper receipt. The cashier was very unprofessional. At the beginning, the wrong card was returned. When I told her, she insisted not to admit it until the manager came to tell him that he was going to return a different gift card. Roselle C is also very rude. Whenever you approach, other Tjmaxx cashiers will greet you first, but when I walked into the cashier and said hello like Roselle C, she did not respond! There is no expression! Its really embarrassing, and I feel that this Tjmaxx doesnt care much about the customers feelings. In the process of returning the goods, even if there is a small ticket, the Roselle C and the manager of this store will not easily refund you, they will cause you a lot of trouble first. A very bad experience, I hope TJmaxx can improve customer service. If this is the first time I write a negative review, this store has disappointed me too! Cashier Roselle C is extremely rude. Never want to enter this TJmaxx again, maybe they dont care.

Beautiful furniture. This is like Marshalls or Ross but bigger and better. They have almost everything here for the entire family.

I gave it a high score, because it deserved it. They are closing out a ton of goods with hot deals. An is that what we come for... from back to front. If they own it, they are dropping the price. Some tags have 6 reductions. Move it out at all costs. Mens shirts down to $4.00. BUGATCHI from $179.00 down to $10.00. A good mix of this an that. They are moving those goods from last season. That did not get sold. An I am more than happy help them. Quality is quality an it shows. Just one good sale. This company is my second home...🤠

1st time here! This place rocks. Every product is a valuable item that can be placed somewhere in your home.

Outdoor items are severely lacking. No decent outdoor plant pots.

The items are good. I would have recommended the store, however, in our two encounters, we felt like the store does not pay enough respect to the customers. In a visit, the cashier opened a credit card for us in a super hasty manner that she put my name completely wrong on the card. When I objected to accept the card, she started telling me that I should start going to call the credit card company to correct my name. In another encounter, the store manager was unhappy with us being the last customer to pay before the store closes and kept giving us a hard time when we were paying for the items. Hence, I would give 3 star.

MEH. The selection is ok nothing extra awesome. And the lines are always super long with a tiny parking lot to boot.Do not recommend

Since COVID-19, this TJ Maxx has gotten so much better. I use to hate coming here because it was also packed and so messy. Now, you can find things and its so nice inside.

Great deals!! Nice and clean. Everything is organized by size. The cashier was extra nice. I bought a t shirt and she said that it came with another and she went to look it up for me.

I went on on January 2 to return a Christmas gift. According to the sign, I could get a store credit if I didnt have the receipt. All tags were still on the shirt and jeans. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was told that the Cupertino store never accepts returns without receipt. I asked for a manager and, Salma told me the same thing. I pointed out the sign and all I got was a rude stare. I suggested that they take down the sign if they have no intention of honoring the policy and again, I got a rude stare. I walked out. Called and cancelled my TJX Rewards Platinum Mastercard and will not be shopping there again. I submitted a formal complaint to the State of CA attorney general. Hopefully, they will follow up.

Too junky for me.

Stores are located in Cupertino The Crossroads shopping center. Parking spaces are little tight here. Place is generally busy. There are wide variety of selections. Prices are reasonably affordable. Decent customer service. Expect long lines at cash register.

They claim their prices are fabulous and we tend to agree with them as we found some really well adjusted prices in this store. The variety is also awesome and well worth a regular visit from locals folks. We unfortunately live too far away... sadly

You cant leave empty handed - ever.Shopping here might get you in trouble with your pocketbook. It seems you can never go in with out leaving with a few extra things you didnt know you needed. From home furnishings to food, gift items, pet stuff, accessories and more - you can browse for hours.This is a great place to buy luggage, handbags, shoes, beauty products and SO MUCH MORE.

Great place to buy furniture and other things for the house. The mens apparel section is not as good as the other stores. The womens apparel is alright. We come here for things for the house and thats it.

Line way too long

I love the merchandise in this store! Fabulous finds! Now the lines. I was in line for 38 minutes today. Honestly that is ridiculous! They just look at the line and don’t add cashiers. Very rude!

Super super long wait at the check out. TJ Max and Home good have common checkout counter. Some side tables were scratched and that was the only piece available. Good Decor collections and found some interesting quotes cushions. Parking could be hard as well during peak times.

Bought something from a different store but there was a different toy inside the box, which I didnt realize till I got home. They wouldnt exchange it without a receipt. Said they were strict about it, if they are they should make sure what they are selling is correct!

More than T.J.Max, I am a big fan of Home goods. You will get unique gift ideas from here and the prices are really good. Parking is available but will be busy during evenings and weekends. I am knocking down 1 star because of the big line of billing.

This homegoods and tj Maxx are combined into one store on the inside which may seem like a great idea until you realize they only staff the registers with enough workers to accommodate one store... So the line is always long. Ive come here a number of times and even if I find some pieces I really like, the length of the line and the time it takes to get through it deter me from buying things.Also because they are combined, it seems very overwhelming because there is just so much STUFF.Store is clean and parking isnt too difficult to find, although you may need to walk a little bit.

Ok, for all seriousness this is my Disneyland! I hate shopping but I honestly can spend hours here. They always have new stuff and if you look hard enough you will find that one exceptional item you have always wanted!

The collection is huge contrary to the economical pricing. You will always get things that you are looking for and sometimes something extra as well!

Left my phone charger cord home so I figured I’d go in to Tjmaxx and pick up a spare. Spend 30 min in line at around 4:30 pm on 8/18/2019. Manager apologized (therefore the extra star), and said it was because people either quit jobs b/c of school or were on lunch (assumed he meant dinner) break, and turnover was high at retailers this time of year.I respect the manager for owning the scheduling issue. But i pointed out to him that cashiers #9 and #10 had their lights on, and yet no one was staffed for them. This was a tjmaxx/HomeGoods combo store, yet there were only 4-5 check-out terminals available for a line of 50 people? C’mon!!

Im from the UK, so this is TK Maxx for us. The store is large and on a small shopping complex. A lot to choose from inside, with many premium brands on offer.

Yes, you can find anything you are looking for there. But price will not always be what you expect. For good and mostly for bad. Line might seem long but is usually quick.

Cashiers still do not know how to make a return when using Samsungs pay. We been using over a three years and have talked to the managers multiple times. This should be included in basic cashier training, especially here in Silicon valley.

What they carry is great, but even in the off-peak hours, there is always at least a 20-30 minute wait in the check out line.

Going to HomeGoods one week before Christmas may not be the best time to judge this store as the place was in shambles and there was a half hour line to check out. On the plus side we did manage to find some good deals.

I always find nice things I dont necessarily need, but cant resist, while also finding my necessities.

Awesome place with good prices and a lot of options that changes everytime you go there.
