We had an appointment for a cleaning and check. When we got there, they cleaned and said the units were working. We never got to talk to the Doctor, Ashley, as she was busy with another appointment. I explained to the receptionist that we had waited for 5 months for the appointment and there was a continuous ring in my elderly mothers ear. He told me he wasnt a doctor so he could only clean the units and our appointment didnt include speaking with the doctor. Unacceptable! I explained to him we have an appointment and ours is as valid as any other appointment. I told him we would wait as long as it for the Doc to finish the appointment ahead of us. I am sorry they did not allow enough time for our appointment. In the end, after all of us being flustered, he did the best he could. I was disappointed and did not feel valued.

Given the perspective that Ive never given any other places lower than 3* before.I booked a free hearing test appointment for my mom based on the positive reviews of this place, and Aaron Gabrielson is the hearing test tech.Before he performed any tests, he was trying to push us for commitment of treatment -- either surgery or equipment. I told him that we were there for hearing test, and open to discuss the treatment plan, but we were not going to make any decision on the spot. He raised his voice, and try to push for commitment to sign up treatment before any tests were done. I repeated several times what we were there for, he was louder and louder, and my mom said he could lower his voice. He then said, her ear was OK, didnt need to be tested. Since he has not interest to perform hearing test which was what we went there for, so we agreed to leave. I then asked him to return our personal information which was on the forms we filled in, he refused, and said that we his property, and thread to call police.I understand business is trying to sell things to make money, but not in this way. He is the rudest person Ive ever encountered in my life, and I really dont understand how this place got all the 5 stars from.

Amazing, courteous, friendly and sincere service! These people are true definition of customer service. This is coming from someone who is also in health industry and knows what true customer service is! Rachelle, Shaun and Spencer are professional, know what they are doing and will accommodate you to ensure you are happy and satisfied with their services. And most importantly, they do it all with a smile and friendly attitude. I am glad I found this place and would highly recommend it to anyone that has hearing aid needs. Thank you!

Lorie, not sure where to begin in response to this review. I guess I’m surprised that if your experience was that negative, why would you try to book another test with me another two separate times at two different locations? Maybe it was because you seemed more interested in the gift card that day than even a test for your mother? I am not sure where you felt “pressured” to do anything. I asked your Mother directly if she felt that she had a hearing loss which she responded “no” to. Also I asked her if she was interested in even being tested, in which she also responded “no” as well. After that you asked again about the gift card, and potential treatments for hearing loss. I first answered your questions about potential treatments for hearing loss, by this point your mother was already walking out of my office because she was not interested in a test. You seemed to be frustrated by this. Then you asked me for the gift card (again), in which you responded with anger. At that point you demanded your mother’s patient intake form which I said I couldn’t release without patient consent, and because she left I didn’t have that. At that point you grabbed the patient folder off my desk and ran to your car. In my years of service as a Hearing Specialist I have never had an appointment go like this. Apparently it was bewilderedering for all involved. I wish you and your mother the best and I apologize for any miscommunication on my part.

I have been to numerous Audiologists and Hearing Specialists and by far Aaron Gabrielsen is the best Ive ever worked with. I didnt want to admit I had a problem but overtime I got sick of missing out on conversations especially in social situations. Aaron was able to help diagnose my hearing loss and educate me on the different hearing aids that would help me. I was able to find one that I could afford and more importantly THAT WORKS!

I visited Miracle Ear 6 months ago when my wife suggested we have our hearing tested. (I already knew that my hearing was poor since birth).Spencer, at the Cupertino office, is very professional and very good at making sure a customers needs are met. He is a real pleasure to work with.On my first visit, I was quite amazed at the testing and hearing aid programming process. Being an electrical engineer familiar with frequency response measurements during school, it was fascinating seeing the programmed response curve being overlaid on the measurement data. What is truly amazing is how natural the sound is. I almost forget that I am wearing them sometimes.

Dont normally leave reviews but for Shaun and Rachel I knew I had to. Very warm and welcoming people and I definitely left satisfied with my purchase. Being able to see my mother to hear again after so many years is truly one of the best feelings. God bless.

I have had hearing aids for over 20 years and this is hands down the best place I have been. Their hearing aids are of the highest quality but their customer service is where they really shine. My 93 year old mother has been a client of the Cupertino office for over three years. Everyone in the office has been amazing. Very friendly, attentive and service oriented. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy while youre there and when you leave. Rachell is amazing. She is so professional and truly cares about the clients. Shaun is a great new asset to the office. Spencers shoes were going to be hard to fill, but Shaun has done an excellent job of carrying on the office tradition of care and compassion. Before getting into the review itself, I should say I am very pleased with every aspect of Miracle Ear the company and the product, as well as my experience with the staff at the office -- they made the process simple, smooth, and easy, and the hearing aids I got are the best Ive ever had. Im 64 and now after all these years I feel Im hearing better than when I was a teenager.No product is perfect, of course; however these hearing aids are so much better than the product I bought 8 years ago, its amazing -- theyre really opening up new opportunities for having a better social life.I bought a top-line pair of hearing aids from the Miracle Ear office in Cupertino, CA. Before choosing this company I did a *lot* of research, and I called several local providers to get an appointment. Miracle Ear was the first and only one I went to, because they convinced me in one session that their hearing aid was the right one for me.I was helped by Aaron Gabrielson. Aaron started by finding out about my needs, and did a free hearing test right there on the spot as part of the first visit. The results were that I was suffering from significant hearing loss, and these results matched the profile I obtained from my audiologist in the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.Aaron answered all my questions and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and also very enjoyable to work with. I feel that he and Rachel really care about my needs and work hard to produce exceptional results for me. Over the follow-up visits (see below) I got to know them better and I really like them -- exceptional professionals and warm people.The great thing about Miracle Ear is that they do not just sell you hearing aids and forget about you. Instead, they pretty much require you to come in for a series of follow up visits that start once you get your hearing aids, and during these visits Aaron fine-tuned the hearing aids to better match what my hearing loss requires. This is a process whereby your ears and brain get retrained to process all the new information that your ears hear. Aaron was always polite, respectful and very helpful.As with everything, there are some negatives as well. The most significant Ill mention is the price. The hearing aids I bought are the most expensive ones Ive ever purchased. Very expensive. But once you consider everything I got, the value is exceptional -- I am now hearing much better than Ive ever had, since being a teenager, the time my hearing loss started. The technology is really cutting edge and produces exceptional amplification of what you WANT to hear while suppressing background noises. And the follow-up program and periodic tuning, plus the gradual approach taken, is based on recognizing that people need some adjustment time, and most cannot tolerate the huge jump in what they hear all at once. I believe this approach results in much better results.Ill close by saying that Ive been talking the ears off everyone who will listen (and some people that did not want to listen) about getting hearing aids and recommending the Cupertino office. Two thumbs up!
