I couldnt understand anything but the people were nice and it smelled really good

Ive been a customer of Chung Hsing Chinese Herbs for over a decade.Im very grateful for the good health, guidance of the kind and knowledgable people that work at this pharmacy.+ I recommend this store over all the many that Ive been to over the years; including those in SF and Seattle.Ginseng along with king herbs of all kinds are available at excellent pricing.The store also serves as a pharmacy for those that have prescriptions. I would give zero star if theres option. My experience was awful, I asked for one meds, but they gave me wrong medicine with similar name. Then I came back next day to ask for exchange to the correct meds, they said the its out of stock. So I had to return, however, they insisted NO RETURN AT ALL, blamed its customers responsibility to pick the right meds, with terrible bad attitude... Excuse me??? You gave me wrong meds, and let customer take your responsibility?Friendly reminder to people who need Chinese herb meds, take more consideration before you choose this store. And for this store, please be nice and polite to your customers, for your own business sake.
