Always helpful staff though sometimes hard to find them. When you do find them they are knowledgeable and will help you as long as needed !They have many options to pay for your orders as well whether it be cash, credit or progressive leasing !** note that when using progressive leasing they will NOT cover geek squad services nor software programs. They ONLY COVER ITEMS YOU CAN RETURN ! ! As it is a leasing company which means you have the option to return leased items to get out of the lease ! ! ( much like Rent A Center )

Make sure when you buy any lap top its a 8th generation or higher. I love the the policies on the Black Friday sales. Any item you purchase via credit or debit, the difference will be refunded to your card if it goes on sale at a lower price on Black Friday. Save your receipt or take a picture of it if you paid cash.

I went in with the exact product name and model number that I wanted, the clerk actually tried to down sell to a lower product, and was visibly annoyed when I said no to the warranty. Their prices and selection are great, but the in store experience leaves something to be desired.
Amazingggggggggggg service i have ever gotten from a best buy. Being elite plus customer, finally it feels like i am one. They purchased my surface pro charger and Zeroed it out on cost. that i was NOT able to get from best buy after numerous attempts and different locations. It was Marrisa and David along with other associates who took care of me in jiffy and make me walk outta here with a smile.Will definitely viait this best buy again.

Had one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time walking into a best buy, while I was disappointed they didnt have what I came looking for its nice to see some of the changes they made to phase out what I was looking for. Talked to an associate about laptop backpacks, they need a better selection to fit my taste. Anyways I walked out with $100 mouse I didnt even come for. I had been looking online at it for some time and I happen to pull the trigger while I was there.

A few larger electronic retailers have come and gone in the past but I think in the 2020s were all lucky to have Best Buy around. I enjoy online shopping as much as the next person but for some things its nice to have an actual store front to shop at. I needed a lower cost laptop and found a nice selection at this store. I was in, out, and had my new laptop running within about 1 hour and 15 minutes of leaving home. Helpful & friendly staff and nice selection and prices.

I went in to get a couple of small things for my phone and tablet. The people there were all extremely friendly and very helpful! They helped me find one but the other product they had a lil hard time trying to find and had over 5 people all over the store trying to help me find it... simply incredible customer service all the way around! I will be back.

I ordered a new Klipsch subwoofer and Polk front speakers for my home surround sound system. I used curbside pickup and my order was ready within an hour. The email confirmation had a link to click to tell them I was there. It came out in 5 minutes. I showed the barcode and was back on my way home. A very easy process that worked for me.
Honestly, the isles are crowded, their is a whole section torn apart and its just not what I expected from a Best Buy. Best Buy is know to be a beautiful store that amazes you with the electronics and grown up toys. This is what we have come to love by them. This store did not provide that wow feeling, its missing something.
Very happy about my visit to Best Buy. I ordered my item online, and when I received the email saying my item was ready for pick up, I arrived, stepped inside the store, and the gentleman sitting inside asked if I had a pick up. I said yes, showed my ID and he went and got my item, and I was on my way in less than 3 minutes.Everyone I saw was properly masked and careful about public health.

The wait times for an associate are ridiculous. 3-4 people helping 1 customer .The item I wanted was not in stock even though I ordered online, & was supposed to have one ready for pick-up. Said it would be 10-15 days. Then tried to charge me a cancellation/ restock fee. I shouldnt have had to get mean to get a refund for their mistake.Went to a different place walked in, grabbed same item off the shelf for less $$.

Best Buy sets the bar with their curbside delivery. Customers just need to park in a designated spot, the app recognizes your location and prompts you to register you’ve arrived for a pick up. You then enter your spot number along with a generic vehicle description and a Best Buy associate brings your item(s) to you moments later. It simple and efficient.
I would have posted 5 stars but I dont understand why they have all the registers closed and make people wait in line to get rung up at the customer service/geek squad area. I waited about 8 minutes in line to finally get checked out I couldnt help but wonder why they dont allow people to just scan their own items on the mobile app and pay that way.. there was even a guy just sitting at the door doing nothing. They could have him check receipts when people leave if they used common sense and aloud this. Im not complaining its just doesnt make sense to me with best buy being a tech store. When I go to Sams club and buy 100s of more items they allow this but best buy doesnt when most people are only buying a couple things at once......
So my wife and I bought an external hard drive for the ps5. Well I was working in the area and figured Id go to grab after work so I didnt have to go out later. I had asked the guy working the front entry about my order. He said that it in the place but not ready for pick up. So I asked if I could just get it myself and he said sure. Well I couldnt it at all. I finally asked an associate about the order and the lady was super helpful not only did she look damn near all over the store for it, she also rang me up and did it all with a smile. Good customer service will always win.
I had a Samsung over the range microwave that I installed backIn 2009 Then I had to mount a wall bracket to my tile move cabinets it took the better part of 4 hrs, It was a 1.5 cu 1000 wSo You only need to if you want to upgrade but The same makeSo I bought a Samsung againThis time I purchased a1.9cu the foot print is exactly the same . Did not have to move the wall bracket . Only had to drill the holes to match the new microwave 1.5 x2 holes Zip Zop had old one out and new one in in 45 minutes . WorkingGreat ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😎

I was about to share a very negative review as I was very frustrated with the issue I had exchanging Quickbook as They sold the wrong one first time. But the manager dedicated 1 hour of her time trying to help me out and manage well to handle my frustration. Definitely well Managed store!
Buyer BEWARE..... this place will jack you up. I spent $1705 for a oven that was advertised as $2249 online new price. The product was open box rated excellent and as their description says,,,, looks brand new,,,, includes All original parts/accessories,,, typically contains packaging.After picking up, hauling in to kitchen, uninstalling current stove, then unpacking new one,,,,, very unhappy to find that food was cooked into cooktop, burner was faded from use,, and obviously it did not look new plus missing accessories..... there was no scratches or dents, but was visable wear from being used......the price tag on the door said price was new $1699 and was maked down to $1359.... i paid $1705After a hour on hold, disconnected 3 times i finally talked to Josh Greenable the manager#1107785 ( so he said). He said he was unable to do anything. I was only looking for the difference of either a new glass cooktop so i could relace it myself or the rating of Satisfactory which would have made price $1484. After saying to him he was of no help in the matter,, was there anyone else in management to speak to? He said there was lots and lots of managers but he was the only one in appliances and that i was talking rude to him.Wow i guess wanting and expecting what is advertised on there web site is WAY TO MUCH TO EXPECT. Home depot and Loews are forever my go to places from now on.I highly suggest avoiding this place

Ive usually had great experiences with this store until today. I called to make an appointment to get a car stereo installed. After 15 minutes I finally was able to talk to someone and then sent me to someone else who said Can I put you on a brief hold? After another 15 minutes they finally hung up on my. Aiming after 30 minutes on a call their system just times out. Going to look for someone else to do the install.
No good. They dont have carts for handycapt. That is bad for them as big of a store they are. Shamefull.👿👿
Got an alarm and remote start installed in my car! It took them over 4 hours but it was worth the wait! They had some issues with finding some wires but its all good. Best Christmas present ever!! Thanks so much Best Buy!

Overall their service is good. But recently, it was difficult to get hold of representative in order to get details about any products.
Tried the curb side pickup and it went smoothly. I let them know I arrived and they came out with in a minute. The store was closed for the day to in person shipping, but stayed open an hour longer for curb side.
Never have advertised inventory in stock. Online ordering states 3 in stock, actually none new and 5 in previously opened packages. Why do you offer online ordering when actual inventory not available

Took $1,000 of my money and decided to hold my order until TEN MINUTES before they closed saying they didn’t receive payment despite both my bank and MasterCard saying that the payment was processed and approved, as well as being withdrawn from my account. I’ll go spend a hundred elsewhere if it means not giving these people my money.

Nice salesperson helped us purchase an inkjet printer, explained clearly why it is better than laser printer for my needs. 3 instead of 5 stars because they dont have replacement ink cartridges for it. Also, while they displayed at least 3 dozen printers most were out of stock.
I had a return that I needed to do. No line at Customer Service. The replacement was easily found on the sales floor and in stock. In & out in 10-15 min total. Friendly and helpful staff too. Thanks guys.
My fridge was severely damaged and I was offered a gift card to lower the cost of my fridge price and the manager gave me a 200$ gift card but never sent it in the mail and didn’t put it in the notes and so I never got anything and when I called customer service they acted like I was lying and did not want to give me anything because the manager did not do her job . I will never shop at this company you are very crooked and you have done this to my family multiple times we have lost our trust with Best Buy completely I would never shop here again. No wonder this company is failing.
This is not the first time that Ive gotten to this store and theres no one to assist me so I go and decide to find an associate that can call for someone to help. After I find someone and call an associate they say theyll be there shortly and Ive waited 30 min to an hour and no one comes so I go again to find another associate to call again or even help me. This will be my last time coming to this store location I prefer to go for a location farther that actually would help...

Everyone is super helpful there. They ask if you need help, however, theyre not overbearing. Howe ave is still a good place to buy things when you need things right away. Theyll price match Amazon, just make sure its sold and shipped from Amazon, not a third party.

I had a pretty good experience. It was one of those trips where I knew what I wanted and wasnt shopping around. They offered me a mask when I entered as I forgot mine in the car which was nice. I found the trackball mouse I was looking for in under 5 mins, and it was a couple dollars lower in price than the same mouse on amazon. I looked it up online first and i found everything as advertised. My only criticism is that there was only one checkout station running which caused the line to get backed up.

It may because of the Black Friday/Cyber Monda y, but they looked like they were picked clean. Lots and lots of empty shelves. Out of stock of the item I was looking to buy. It wasnt even a gift type item, or so I thought. They are usually much better stocked, and staffed.
I came in today to purchase a new phone. My experience couldn’t have been better. The man who was working in the apple section came right over when I approached and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. He then directed me to the service counter where I could get my information transferred. Again, the woman who helped me was kind and helpful and made the process easy when usually it tends to be stressful and long. The man from the apple section even came over before I left to check that I had gotten what I needed. Overall, very appreciative for the service.
The product availability and customer service at this location definitely leaves something to be desired.
Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They didnt hover over you though or try to force opinion on you. Clean place, distancing for aisles during this time was good. Staff willing to track down what you need within their stores stock or at other Best Buys if needed.
