Its Michaels, a really big, well organized craft store.

Interesting encounter with a customer looking for info on how to fix a clasp that a jewelry store was going to charge her $60. to fix.She asked me for advice...Since I do that, I explained how. She asked if I do it.Sure, but dont have tools with me. she bought the tool I needed, I fixed the clasp in seconds, she gave me the $7.99 tool pack with her thanks. I will keep these in the car ready for the next emergency.

Ordered ($320!) online for curbside pickup. It said my order world be ready for pickup in BROOKLYN NEW YORK! Even though I ordered for my local store in Ohio. Canceled the order and reordered and it said it was for my store. Hours pass and I never received the text message so I stopped in at the store while picking my kids up from school and the store looked up my order by order number and couldnt find it. They provided no further assistance on the matter. So I called their customer service number. The lady said it was canceled on their end and she couldnt push it through so she would transfer me to her supervise that could. It sounded like she set the phone down and walked away. 10 minutes of nothing but silence I called back and this time the lady was the rudest person I had ever spoken to. I asked to be transferred to her supervisor and she did. The supervisor was unable to provide any assistance. So I placed my order at Joanns for pickup and had no issues and ended up getting a better deal and pent $70 less!

Store was filthy. The sanitary bins for feminine products were overflowing in the bathroom. The store layout is inconvenient. The acrylic mediums and gesso shelves were a mess and disorganized so I didnt know what price things were. The only good thing about the store was the nice cashier lady.

This store always has an awesome selection. They have a great decoration for every holiday and season. When the season is almost over everything goes on sale for 50 to 75 percent off. They also almost always have a coupon on their website for 20 percent off a single item. I love this store 😍

Navigating the website, chat function, phone system, coupons, in-store item location discrepancies, product availability, online product search function, incomplete online product descriptions, pricing differences between online ordering and buying in store, and confusing promotional emails is difficult. Some days the world seems to be run by a bunch of kids who never learned how to do their job, or even care enough to try. Interactions with Michaels usually produces that conclusion. Michaels needs to take a good look at all their system glitches and fix them.

Michaels is a great place to go for all your crafting needs. They have a great selection of vinyl from a couple reputable brands. The staff was friendly and helpful.This particular Michaels you can tell is in an older building with minimal upkeep as the restrooms were quite dirty.I will continue to shop here for the great deals and plethora of supplies.

I macrame and I found a bunch of things to incorporate into my pieces here from fabric strips and dowels in fun shapes.

They didnt have the specific item I went in looking for but they did have some good clearance sale items. Usually ha e great after Halloween sales also that I hit too.

They have all my crafting needs

This is my 30 yr old sons favorite place. I myself am not artistic, but it was really neat just to wonder around and see all the different arts & crafts. My son on the other hand is very talented. He could stay there all day buying stuff for his art.

Was looking at shadow boxes and found a bunch of graduation stuff and a TWD Funko Pop!

Didnt have what I was looking for. But overall a nice clean store. Watch the prices tho at the register. I thought I was buying a couple things on clearance and realized when I got home they didnt ring up clearance.

This is the worst craft store. They never have anything, the shelves are empty all the time. Prices are to high. And they stopped giving cupons that are worth it. Joanns is way better and better priced and you can usually find what you need all the time.

I like Michaels on Howe they have some really unique stuff .they have great sales when they have them.

Always a beautiful selection and helpful staff. I also enjoy ordering online and being able to pick it up. It helps me stay on budget as long as I dont browse their lovely displays!😉 One thing I do not understand is why on their website they indicate curbside delivery when I actually have to go inside all the way into the framing department to pick up my order. Isnt the reason for this offering to have less exposure? Just curious!

The store is a joke their shelves are halfway stocked, they dont ever have anything I need. Which by the way the things I need arent uncommon unusual items. I called there for canvas frames and two people didnt even know what they were. How do you work at a craft store and you dont know what a canvas picture frame is!! Wow!

Went in to get some supplies. All I hear is all employees complaining about everything. No one seems to want to help anyone. Then I goto cashier and its the same mood as everyone else in the store that works there, just the worst attitude. They closed Pat Catans for this? This is sad.

I like this store overall. It is not the largest but it has a great selection of silk flowers, cricut vinyl, alcohol ink and paint. Yarn selection is okay. The coupons are good. The pickup is in the back by framing and it is pretty slow. I have no other issue with store. The online app could be better.

Seems like the home crafting business is waning, despite a pandemic year of remaining closer to home. Michaels seems to lack much to offer, and gives off more of a thrift store vibe. Not that you cant find what you are looking for, but it also looks like they are limiting their inventory.

They often have good deals and really nice holiday decor.I have always had very helpful experiences with the staff there.The pay online and pick up in store is a great feature that I utilize often.

Anytime I need a special piece of art or photography I need framed....this is the place I go. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and do an excellent job of framing my special pieces. Today the lady behind the counter found me a coupon for 40%off. Quality work.

Shelves empty😒 didnt have what I needed.

There was one cashier at lunch time, no other store employees anywhere. Checkout line was backed up and although the cashier was nice and friendly she was very slow and talked to everyone which is nice when you dont have a line backed up with people trying to leave. Store shelves were not stocked and sales were not advertised on shelves.

The store had many empty shelves. Their mobile app indicated they had an item in stock but upon arrival they did not have it. Prices on skeins of yarn were incorrect, but in my favor (they rang up less than what they were listed) but if I had known the real price I wouldve bought more!

I go here with my grandma all the time they have great customer service and if you need help there there to assist you

Nice store overall. Took off a star because the curbside forgot about me after I called the first time. I was the only car so I waited 10 minutes and called back then they finally came out after that. But over all a good experience glad I didn’t have to go in this time.

I was looking for craft ideas online Saturday morning, went to Michaels website and noticed they offered Delivery. I submitted an order before noon and it was delivered SAME DAY before 2pm. It was AMAZING!!! I wish more stores did this!!!

They take all kinds of precautions to insure the safety of their workers and customers. The staff are super nice and helpful. Plus theres a really nice variety of items for all crafters.
