Well depending on how their warranty policy goes will determine my rating. If they will work on The vehicle again to get it it to proper specs without further charge, there was a slight miscommunication at first but they did give us what was wrong in writing.

The prices and labor was great and fast. My issue is u asked for an oil change and he said my mechanic is too busy today and they would not check it for me. Very rude!!!

These guys are more like magicians than mechanics!! They have my old truck up and running beautifully. It has honestly never run this well since I got it. They even fixed something that theoretically couldnt be fixed! They honored a warranty on my brakes that I got there years ago with absolutely no questions asked. I just showed them the receipt. I used to go here years ago but its a little far from my house so I started going other places. But I was in the neighborhood so I came in to get an estimate and they are all so nice and so skilled its unbelievable. Nowadays its actually really hard to find someone who knows anything about cars. But this whole team is great. Highly highly recommend.

I always go to Hamad for any tire needs, had a tire that kept going flat stopped in it was plugged within 20 minutes! Best and fastest service ever!

I give these people a 10 out of 10 this team had my car done in record time I purchased a set of 4 Goodyear tires and had my oil changed as well. The tire people had all the tires changed very quickly and the mechanics had the oil changed faster than I could of at home for sure. The 2 guys at the counter were very friendly and helpful. My experience was extreme great and everyone there seemed very professional, knowledgeable and quick. Will definitely be back for my free rotations and more.

First and foremost their prices are very fair and they are truly good people, so if you put those two concepts together you get a good deal. I have a friend back home WHO owns a car shop (in Texas) who I reached out to about the price they quoted me on to fix my truck and he told me I was getting a great deal. Tony is freaking awesome, so I hope you get the privilege to meet him! Dave is also a very nice person. This place is great. Warning though, its pretty much first come first serve. However, I find this works out great. I had to go to go to college, and the night before my brakes were making noises. I was at Hamad at 9:00am, and they were done by 1pm. Good and fast service.

At 5:20, I was heading home from work and saw that Hamaad was open until 6. I went into the showroom and a guy in a t-shirt and ball cap slowly wandered in from the back and stared at me. I said, do you have space and time to get me in for an alignment? He just kept staring back and said, Uhh nnno. I said Okay thank you as he wandered back to the shop. Im not disputing that there was no space or time to get ne in, but the front desk service was horrible in that moment.

Husband went in yesterday for tires. Front counter guy was on something or drunk. Gave incorrect change back. Good service bad people skills. He must be new. Husband said people were confused when he ate food off the dirty floor.

Terrible service. Never doing business with again.Called and talked to guy 2 times about ordering tires for my car. He said he had to get from warehouse in Akron. I called next day and he said they don’t carry the tires I ordered. But they didn’t bother calling me and telling me. There were other tires they could get so I said sure. They assured me it would take 1 day. It’s been 5 days and still have not received a call about these tires I need.Last time I needed tires, I came here and had no issues. But this time, Tony or whatever his name is, had no customer service or cares about the lifetime value of each customer. Hell I am not coming back. Going back to Leipold.

Fast and friendly service. However the showroom, waiting area and office area are incredibly dirty. Cigarette butts littering the shop floor. Far different appearance from when I worked for the Hamad family.

I have gone to Hamads several times and they do a wonderful job. The staff are all very nicre and helpful. They are very reasonably priced compared other service centers I have gone to. I will not go anywhere else. All my experiences with Hamads have been very good. I have no complaints and would not go anywhere else.

They do good work here, for a reasonable price. I would give 5 stars, but last time I had my truck in it took 4 days to do a distributor, and it ran horrible after they did it.. Upon taking it back, they happily resolved the problem. I just had to wait 5 days for chris to not be sick anymore.

Had 4 tires mounted on my truck and they did a great job. The waiting room was totally unacceptable though.

Took my car there for an oil change. They put 8qts in a 4½ qt capacity engine The oil was even like glue. I figured it out after 2 weeks there was too much oil in it. I then drained it and changed it but it was too late. My engine was ruined.. I didnt think anyone could screw up an oil change.

Im not sure about this place, had two tires mounted on two different rims and placed on front, next day low air in one tire, went there thinking a rim leak but showed me small screw they took out of tire, why not show me screw in tire, suspicious mmmm, charged me $21, I wont be back

Take all my vehicles there for service. They are honest and very fair prices.

These guys went the extra mile. Reordered tires for me when the website got them wrong. Also had the rebate prepared in an envelope with postage on it so all I had to do was drop it in the mail. Prices were right on or a little under the other places I looked.
