Store clusters at 8p I got there at 7:15.A sales Rep named AIRY 1st tried to state The phones I was wanting arent free. So I pulled up the metro ad on line proved it was. He said the other Motorola with the stylus he was out of. No problem I didnt ask for that 1 so I didnt care he even said he had the Other Motorola the new 1 W/O STYLUS.Next he asked if I had my account numberd So I called fot it while the Phone He begins telling me how he only has 1 5G PHONE IN STOCK. WTH????When I went in I directly stated ****I wanted to port over 3 πŸ“žS. NOT 1 !!!! And that just wasted my time I thought metro hire competent people?

So happy with customer service and the transition from old service to Metro. Our salesman Deepak was very patient and very knowledgeable with all we inquired about and went above and beyond! Super satisfied with our plan, it offered a lot more for what we paid for our old service. Thank you

I love my metro service and the benefits I have through my plan but this store left me with a headache. Ill leave it at that. I was, I guess, compensated and my account was credited but if I had the choice I wouldnt do it again for the credit.

Went at 7:40 pm and the store was already locked without a single person inside. Definitely not right, seeming how the sign on the door says theyre open until 8. Very irritating situation.

One of the best ones Ive been to they answer all your questions they know how to fix phones. Ive been to other Metros in the area and they just dont even compare to State Rd. If u want nice curtosy people go to state rd. Metro by teen mobile.

How horrible. I arrived to pay my bill and find the store closed in the middle of the day. A sign that simply said be back in 30 minutes. No specific time and it was certainly longer than 30 minutes. I know I waited more than 30 minutes. This is completely unprofessional. I am really thinking with Metro PCS you get what you pay for.

Showed up at 10:45, store opens at 10:00, no one there, no answer on phone. Sign in window was flashing OPEN. Clearly it was not. Very disappointed, I took my morning off so I could make it in, but not being open means my time off was wasted.

I was a BYOD customer switching to MetroPCS and felt that I was forced to spend more than I was originally anticipating. The SIM card was 2x whats shown online and I was forced to buy the unlimited plan for 1 month. I later called MetroPCS support and they were able to switch me to a cheaper plan, no problem.First, the cashier seemed uncertain about the cost of the SIM card. She asked her coworker if it was $15, and he replied $20, despite being listed as $10 on the MetroPCS website. This gave the impression the price was being made up since it wasnt clearly posted anywhere near the counter. I was told that I had to purchase online to get the $10 SIM card. According to MetroPCSs support line, stores set their own SIM prices, and that they currently(?) dont sell SIMs online, so this is what it is.However, I was also forced to take the unlimited $50/mo plan in store for one month despite only wanting a cheaper plan. MetroPCS support quickly fixed this and the extra amount will be credited to my account next month.Looking forward to cheaper service, but the uncertainty regarding the SIM card price and being forced onto an unwanted plan left a bad taste in my mouth.

Waited over an hour for someone to show up at the store. There was a sign that said back in 15 minutes..they never showed up. So I wont ever go back to this location again...metro pcs has a low cost service which is great but they have the worse stores ive ever been too

They dont even deserve one star. This place is low rate and ghetto and the service is horrible. They sold me a busted phone and said I would have to pay to fix it! Are you kidding me? What a bunch of scam artists. O ya and the stores arent affiliated so you always have to go to the same one. So dont ever plan on moving or anything.
