The UPS Store website shows that this location is open today, July 5th. However, the store is actually closed for holiday observance with only a sign posted by the front door. Not pleased about wasting my time because of inaccurate information.
Taylor had the most wonderful customer service I have seen in a LONG time. Super efficient, respectable, informative, and kind. Will definitely be shipping out from this store more.

Came in today and had a chance to work with Taylor Fronk. Please let me tell you all of my mailing needs were met.. I was able to switch from a po box to a virtual.. I was explained the full process and walked out feeling confident that I made the right choice.. Thank You Soooo much Taylor and UPS... Go ahead and give her a raise now!!!
For a while this place was great. After today, I will be shipping elsewhere.For one, there were technical problems with their system - usually I dont mind that (I understand, having worked in the service industry, that sometimes machines go wrong), but it honestly feels like every time I go here, theres something going on.For another, Im not certain the employee I spoke with was confident at his job. He said he wasnt sure if they had the little USPS envelopes for mailing, even though Im 99% certain they do, and I had to buy some envelopes. He also seemed unsure how to price things, and I ended up having to pay $44 to ship two envelopes with just some paper inside. That seems WAY too much. I even had to remind him to put my mail on the weight machine.For another, I experienced zero professionalism. The employee had a hand in his pocket the whole time he was talking to me. Furthermore, he was wearing a sweatshirt that had the word sh-t written on it. Im not kidding. Im glad I hadnt taken any of my kids with me, because then I REALLY wouldnt have bothered staying. Is that the kind of family friendly environment this place is looking for?Again, next time I ship, it will be at another UPS Store location. Or the post office.

I witnessed the manager Taylor tell a mailbox customer that she would shred their mail when it came. I’m pretty sure UPS stores have a return to sender mail policy for customers that cancel their mailbox. Therefore, it really upset me to see the issue handled like that and the managers attitude was poor.DON’T GET A MAILBOX HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MAIL SHREDDED!!

Just came from there and had an awesome experience with Steve, who also is the owner. He printed my mailing sticker from my phone and showed me where I had gone wrong in my E mailMeanwhile, all of the employees were treating other customers with great respect and waiting on them quickly.Top notch UPS store.
The manager Steve REALLLLLLY helped me out with getting my large package in the store and with printing the label for me. He was so nice and understanding! I greatly appreciated the resolution to the miscommunication about printing the labels.

Although the manager is polite, hes not helpful. Also refers to the staff as my people . I was a dental hygienist and was referred to as my girl by dentists I worked for. We all disliked being their girls. The worst part was when UPS store manager didnt hold open the for me to carry the awkward pkg outside. Id gone to another dropoff at a department store last week and fallen head first onto the cement walkway in front of the doors. Everyone was kind including other customers. I went there so I could avoid this manager at the UPS that Im speaking of. Two stars go to a wonderful high school woman I was helped by on other visits. Weve talked and shes friendly,helpful and I think she would be a higher calibre manager! In addition, there was NOBODY in the store when the manager couldve helped me to my car. Also I told him about the cut on my head (that I was told I shouldve had stitches) and black and blue around my eye. I have 2 sons in their early 30s and I know wouldve never treated someone in such a cavalier way.

Paid ~$200 to have a package labeled and shipped overnight. Package was mislabeled at the store; rejected by the carrier. Never left town. Paid another ~$200 to re-label and ship the same package, all the while being assured that I would receive a refund for the previous attempt. Stance by the company today: Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable. There are alternates in the business, however - use them.
The UPS store employees have always gone out of their way to help when shipping and with returns from Amazon ! They are very professional, kind, helpful and respectful! This is now my go to store for all my shipping needs !
Absolutely horrible. Sheryl will lie to your face. Take your packages elsewhere if you care about the security of your belongings.
My only problem was that the young lady was very cavalier about disinfecting the used pens and still hadnt done so when i left.
Been in here a few times and the staff is always quick and courteous. Even had a few engaging conversations with staff, which is odd for this sort of place. Always funny watching the impatient customers who dont understand that you cannot just throw your package through the door and walk away. Have to say though, if they somehow did incorporate a throw-and-dash policy I would find a way to give this place six stars.
I go to this UPS all the time and I’ve never had an issue. I find everyone to be pleasant I’ve interacted with here.
Absolutely terrible! I stopped in to pick-up a package and they told me it was already picked-up but they had NO SIGNATURE and NO PROOF of who picked it up couldnt remember who picked it up. It was a bunch of millennials working that had NO CLUE on customer service. DO NOT let UPS drop your packages here. Theyll give them away to anyone! Thank goodness Amazon reimbursed me for some of the items (it was for a birthday party) but then I had to buy them all over again.
Even though the store had closed 15 minutes prior, the employee inside saw me standing at the locked door with my package to drop off and happily accepted it. I truly appreciated him taking a few extra minutes to accept my package after hours!
I just dont understand how a company can be so terrible.
Extremely unprofessional and rude employees. I returned a AT&T box since I was informed that UPS was partners and would help instruct me on just to get my account # and they take care of it. The woman was extremely rude throughout the process and made it much more difficult then it had to be. She also had me pay for a box which was covered by the AT&T slip. I go out of my way to a UPS farther away now.
The lady that I had my encounter with was older and she looked like she hated her job no eye contact looked like she was bothered by me dropping my packages off! I had packages to be returned to sender and I didnt know how to go about it so before I could explain where they needed to be sent she rushed it and labeled them and out I was. I thought about it and drove back to double check that they werent going to end up on my front step again and the address were right... got home from work and my three packages are sitting on my front porch... Which sucks because I was trying to return and get my order processed and refund before Christmas came!!
If I could leave no stars at all I would. I’ve worked in customer service for almost 10 years and this was probably by far the worst customer service I ever experienced and trust me this isn’t a review where I just want to bash this store but I’m telling the honest truth. I went there at 6pm one day to ship my tv to Florida where I moved to so that way I wouldn’t have to buy another one. They told me they didn’t have a box big enough so I have to go get my own, which was perfectly fine so I did. Once I found a box I went back to the store and when I got there Melissa says “well you just missed the guy and we’re about to close so you need to hurry up” while her manager Jacob just stands there and says nothing. She then proceeds to tell me how she just moved to Akron from Oklahoma a few years ago and how she’s married to a black guy and how she never seen a black person in her life until she moved here and it was weird to her because her grandparents are racist and use to saying the “N” word. Like ok... what’s the point of you telling me this. They stated they could pack my tv for me or can use what I brought to package the tv but didn’t tell me the benefits of purchasing their packaging. But Melissa insisted on me just using the comforter I had covered the tv with because it would work perfect and she packaged the tv for me with a little of their bubble wrap and some extra cardboard box and taped the tv up good for me. She swore it would be good to go and I would have nothing to worry about so I said ok, considering I don’t work for UPS they do. Well I get to Florida and my tv arrives the same day, I open the box and the tv is completely destroyed. It looked as if someone intentionally damaged the tv. The entire screen was cracked. The whole bottom piece of the tv was broken off and the tv had a dent in it. I called the store and had to do a damage report just to be told there’s nothing they can do and that it’s my fault because I didn’t pay for their packaging which makes it seem to me that since I didn’t pay for their packaging they more than likely damaged my package. I clearly told them Melissa said it was fine and now you’re trying to tell me I’m SOL on a 60” smart tv... Jacob kept trying to say it was my fault when I called the store to ask for answers and he said there’s nothing he can do and their answer won’t change. So now I’m out of a tv and plan to buy this plane ticket back to Ohio to talk to them face to face. This is ridiculous and sad to be honest, and a store you have to own up to your doings sometimes and their not. Do not EVER use this UPS location, they will rip you off and give you the worst customer service ever.

This is the only UPS store that I have ever gone to. Mainly to return items from Amazon. Went today and was told that because my envelope wasnt sealed they would have to charge me $1 for each piece of tape needed to seal it. OR, I could buy a roll for $3.95 and keep the rest of the tape ! OUTRAGEOUS ! Since when does UPS charge for a piece of tape let alone $1 per piece ? I folded the edges over and used the clear return address pouch to seal it....problem solved. Shame on UPS !
The slowest service. They dont even acknowledge you. Literally there were seven people in line, and the cashiers moved as slowly as humanly possible. We waited in line for twenty minutes to buy pacing tape and drop off packages. Dont bother. You could just wait until Monday and go literally anywhere else.
Terrible service, slow and rude employees. Worst I have seen in years and years. It is unfortunate, there are no close by alternatives.
