Extremely rude and unprofessional don’t buy from them you won’t receive your items and the guy that answers the phone is extremely rude and lacks customer service and professionalism. Also I’m not a she I’mA he as their response says. I did not talk to them today it was 3 days a go and it’s funny they respond fast to reviews on google but don’t have that same energy when it comes to giving you your items you purchased. I have screenshots of my $600 purchase & I’ve reported them to better bureau businesse and reported them To Bank of America for fraud. AllOf their positive reviews are fake reviews from the owner. Do not trust these scam artist. If you don’t believe it then look at all their reviews with a 1star and you will see everyone has the same complaint.

Awesome experience. Quick, simple and lovely options. Just a heads up: it is inside the redbird mall but its literally right beside the entrance door. The gentleman was very nice. As far as price it was cheaper than most of the shops I went to. For example, I got an akara skirt with a head wrap for $65 bucks whereas in other shops just for a skirt I would have paid $75.

Money was taken out of my account ( I have proof) and I have contacted them (no response) I still haven’t received my product and I’m started to think that I’ve made a bad decision ordering from here. I was super excited to receive my product but it never came. I don’t know what else to do.

The soap is very effective, i had no expectations but in the midst of making my hair-bumps disappear faster, i can say i found my go to Facial Soap. My face is bump free and smoother (dont know if i should worry about smoother). The Black Eclectic Art that this store carries will have You ready to transform Your entire home in to a museum. First let me say that Ive struggled with the aftermath of acne leaving dark spots and scars on my face for YEARS. Like the wind can blow and the dark spot will appear.For a couple years I intermittently searched for places where I could find raw shea butter and stumbled upon this gem. Ive used the soap and shea butter for several months and have watched my face drastically change as early as the 2 week. My hubby even notices.(Ladies, you know how big this is). I didnt know I had a beauty mark on my cheek because it was always covered. *paints nails*.Oh and might I add.. the products in the soap, you can read them and pronounce the familiar ingredients..so youre getting good stuff. I am going through the same problems as all the reviews! I have not received my package which I ordered an AKA umbrella for a friends birthday gift and it was supposed to take 7 to 10 business days to get here! I ordered on Aug. 8th 2017 and it is now Aug. 22nd 2017 and I have no package. I have emailed them and called and left messages with no response. I will be getting my money back so to anyone buying from this company DONT DO IT! It is a scam!!

Please do not consider ordering from African Imports USA. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. I ordered from them in November 2016 and now it is February 2017. I have tried to contact them repeatedly, but got no response. They are not a business that you would want to deal with.

I was told I would receive my product in 5-10 business days which was proved not to be true, I contacted them via E-Mail and received no response I contacted them by phone on the 6th day for a tracking number which could not be provided because he had not received his order from China. I contacted them via phone on the 9th and10th business day and left a message to again obtain a tracking number or method of shipment, again no response. That is no way to do business.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company and its supplier of sorority/ fraternity items related to HBC alumni. I ordered an AKA Portfolio Notebook ($36.94 + shipping) on or about December 10, 2014, expecting to receive my order in time for Christmas and if not, at least in a reasonable amount of time shortly thereafter. When I attempted to contact African Imports (it took more than a few times to get through as no one answered the phone or you could only leave a voice message), I finally spoke to someone who only said his name was Ray. At first it seemed as though a positive outcome was about to take place as Ray found my order/ delivery information on the computer and said that he would follow up with his supplier to see what the problem was in receiving my merchandise as ordered, and get back to me as soon as possible. To date, despite repeated attempts to rectify my lack of received merchandise or at least a refund, I have neither.FOR ALL OF YOU FRAT BROTHERS AND SORORITY SISTERS OUT THERE LOOKING TO WEAR YOUR COLORS PROUD, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR!!!
