I bought a hydraulic pump for my Piper Arrow and send the old core in to get the core charge returned to me. After they received the core i asked for the reimbursement but was told several times that the shop has not gotten back to them. Since then weeks passed and they are not responding to my voice mails or phone calls. I called them from a different phone number and all of a sudden the call was answered but then they asked me to hold and after 10 min waiting they just hung up.Dont buy here if you expect your core to be reimbursed !Worst company in aviation that i have done business with.

This a great resource and maybe one of the best features of Dallas Executive Airport (RedBird). They have a lot of essential inventory and keep their pricing extremely competitive. Good and friendly staff. I went in today to get a tire for my C172 and found that their prices were better than Aircraft Spruce and several other sources locally. Give them a try, they deserve it.

APPS has a very friendly staff have always taken care of the little things I need. Even though I just come in and purchase a few quarts of oil, they treat me like their best customer. Easy place to drive to or even fly into because theyre right off the runway at Dallas executive airport.
