Robert and Connie were awesome! Lots of experience with all the different brands and were able to walk us through the pros and cons of each. We purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer today. We spent almost 2 hours in here because I was asking questions about everything. Connie encouraged me to research one brand online before I made my choice and the online reviews steered me in another direction. Robert gave us amazing pricing for our warranty, delivery, and total purchase. They both went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. I had already been to Lowes and Best Buy to purchase new appliances, but the service was AWFUL so we tried here. I loved the fact I had the option for scratch and dent for a reduced price AND brand new in the box. Way to go Robert & Connie!!!

The process of purchasing from this American Freight location is SO EASY!!!We went in to buy a washer and dryer as a house warming gift for a family member and we left basically five minutes later.The salesperson Robert was so knowledgeable and so nice throughout the whole experience.Every question we asked he quickly answered.Definitely recommend anyone to come here if looking for an affordable appliance or furniture piece!Robert deserves a raise and a 6 week paid vacation for his excellent service.

Our fridge broke and we were in need of a replacement quickly. We came in closing on a Friday to just take a quick look around and although we found one we liked I still wanted to talk about it with my wife. Robert said he’d save for us the one we wanted for the next day. We came back and Robert made the check out process super quick and easy and he was even able to provide us SAME DAY SHIPPING as we had been without a fridge for 5 days and was desperate. They delivered the fridge later in the day expertly and got it installed and up and running within 30 min. The fridge we chose had a small ding near the bottom but it’s been over a week now and it works perfectly otherwise. We have been very pleased with this experience! Thank you Robert!

Paola was very helpful and super nice. I was shopping for a new fridge and i found the perfect one in my price range and since she’s bilingual she was able to help my mother out as well explaining the financing.

Trent has been super helpful getting my husband and I settled into our new place. We came in looking for a couch we had seen before the move at our old place and even though it wasnt in stock at this store, he lined it up to be delivered for us from another store with other purchases in his store, plus gave us a great deal bundling things together and getting everything delivered together quickly. So far this store gets a one star. The Robert guy at this storea to have my furniture delivered today 09.11.21. Furniture paid for on 09.03.21So far no furniture. And, from what Robert told me...its not going to be here for another week. He (Robert) even told me that it was my fault. You had the wrong delivery date is what he says.Im like sir, I completely remember talking to you about this date. As I have family coming in you know.He says: The best I could do is next week?Then Im like: No, that wasnt apart of the deal.I then tell him I want to speak to a manager...He told me to call back later as the manager is busy with a client.I started to write this review and Robert called back and told me that my furniture is going to be delivered today (the actual day I had paid for.)EditI have already escalated a complaint with customer service, so I will see how this goes.So far I havent spoken to manager (Tommy) yet, from this store. But, hopefully I dont have to.I just want my furniture. I dont mean to be a hard complainer. They are rude they don’t answer the phone and they don’t make their deliveries.I was supposed to get my appliance delivered September 1. No one called no one said anything. When I called to get an update they were rude and hung up. Now they don’t answer the phone. Now I have to go somewhere else and get my money back. Don’t trust them

When I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed specifically and all the guys on the team embraced me warmly and took care of my needs. All the furniture was really nice and at great prices. I’ve been buying from Sears Outlet (now American Freight) for years. They have multiple locations in the DFW area but this one is by far the best. They have a larger selection of appliances and the store is always organized and easy to navigate through. On my last shopping trip, I was greeted within seconds of walking in through the door by a wonderful saleswoman. Prices are more than reasonable and our delivery set up was a breeze. No damage to any of our appliances and set up was fast as well. I also like the new promos and layout that American Freight brought with them when they bought out Sears outlet

Not only did we find an excellent Dishwasher from American Freight Dallas for a fantastic price but it was the outstanding customer service and assistance that stood out! The Whirlpool dishwasher has been working beautifully and its in awesome condition. When I was shopping for the dishwasher online, I called the store to confirm they had it in store before driving out. After Eric checked to make sure they had it, he also offered to text me photos so I could see the exact condition and look/style of the dishwasher. He took clear and very thorough photos, showing me every angle of the dishwasher. When I drove to Dallas to get the dishwasher, Eric and all the other staff were so patient and helpful from explaining warranty options to allowing me to take plenty of time to make sure I selected the right appliance. Then Eric and another gentlemen even helped me by loading it and making sure it was secure. Huge shoutout to Eric and the whole team at American Freight Dallas! I would definitely shop there again.

Effortless process all around! We received a delivery window confirmation call the day before and the delivery crew called 30mins before they arrived at our home. We had a washer, dryer and fridge delivered and they were all installed with care and consideration to our newly built home. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone!

The Sears outlets were one of my favorite places to shop for that out of the ordinary tool, neat gadget, the item you did not know you could not live without and great scratch and dent items. So sad to learn that when the outlets were sold that the tools and other items were removed from the outlets. The deals on the appliances are still great!!!! You can still use your Sears credit card at American Freight until the end of 2020.

Some appliances are in good shape, bit are just dented.The staff here was very nice and not pushy at all.You never know what they might have in stock, so if you have time, you can wait and check back week to week.
