I was scheduled a service with this company from GE. I was called by this company to discuss the issue with my service. The person on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and had no customer service skills at all. I understand that my service (water filter replacement) was not a regular service call but he said that the filter just goes in and does not need to be turned and per the written instruction it does. He without asking told be that my filter was wrong and had no idea where I purchased it from. I was told I will not debate with you This conversation is over I then hung up the phone. I understand that the first issue was with GE for scheduling a call that was not under warranty BUT there are more professional ways to handle customers without being rude. In this time of companies going out of business I would think that you would do want it takes to treat a customer more professional.
I was there to buy a truck from one of the managers. Everyone was was helpful and friendly.
