Took time out to check out my bumper and give me a pretty good price..

Its been almost a year to chrome 2 classic car bumpers, called multiple times and left messages. Joe avoids my calls and will not return my calls. Its time to show up in person to find out whats going on. Chapter 11 around the corner ?

Very poor customer service! They told me 3-4weeks to get my bumpers back and took them 3months! After I called and called all they would say is I will return your call and never would! I will never ever come to this place again and I wouldn’t recommend any one to come here I’m sure there is better places with better service and quicker Turn around!

Won’t be back.%100 satisfaction is not guaranteed.Was told 6-8 weeks for chrome. It took 4 months. That’s after several calls. Joe was unwilling to to bring price down even by $20 because one piece looked bad. He said “I don’t see what your talking about”. This place lost out on my hot rods and several of my friends that have classics. Too bad Joe. I should of went with the place in Houston, it’s more money but better “quality” and faster turn around. And they actually call you back. If I was the owner I’d tell Joe to hit the road.

Trying to get rust issue resolved. I had quality bumper service restore and rechrome my front bumper and six months later I have rust spots showing up. They agreed to rechrome and apologized for the inconvenience. Im praying they get it right this time. They have been extremely nice happy to resolve the problem in a prompt manner.

If you need a bumper then these guys have it. Theyll beat online prices. Quality merchandise and competitive prices.

Just came to place and he didnt have time to look at my bumpers and I just drove a hour to get here..dont have good customer service at all...avoid this place.

Worst customer service ever! Joe Landtroop the manager is very unprofessional! I would NEVER use this place again. Damn crook!
