I have used this collision center twice in the past for some small work- Based on the quality of work and meeting deadlines, I went back today as I had another minor issue that I needed corrected on my new vehicle. The manager came out and look at my vehicle, entered all the information and reviewed on his computer to see the cost and time. The part was on back order an was going to be at least 6 weeks. He asked me to wait for a few minutes- he went and met with his team and came back with a solution on the spot. He had his team complete the work on-site and here was the best part: He thanked me for giving him and his team a chance to continue earning my business. That is not something I have seen or heard in a long time. This is a quality that will keep me using them on all jobs big and/or small. When integrity and service come first in a company I will always support them. Thank you John for the excellent service and the honesty you continue to show.

Paulding Collision was recommended to me by a dealership of all places. A different dealership, then the one that recommended Paulding Collision, quoted me $175 and said the job I wanted done would take about an hour, to do some very minor work to my 2020 Ram truck. When I took my truck to Paulding Collision to get a quote, they literally did the job in less than 5 minutes and when I asked how much I owed, they told me there was no charge; all that was asked of me was to bring it back to them if I ever needed some real work done. If I need some real repairs done to my truck I would 100% take it to Paulding Collision and know I would be getting great service at a fair price.

I called yesterday about a busted left fender that was taped up. Was told to bring my car in today for an estimate. I have a 2014 CRV. He came out looked at my fender told me what was wrong and it will take 20-30 minutes to fix. He brought my car back in 15 minutes. The fender looked brand new. All the tape glue was gone and told me no charge. What a blessing. God is good. I’ll always take my car there and will recommend their service to everyone I know.

The fact the insurance company strongly recommended I did not go there was the reason I did. They fought for all new parts and fixed my car right. No discount given to the insurance company and no knock off parts. There are 4 shops in walking distance of Paulding collision ask them if they do the same or if they have a contract with an insurance company. Or why they give a discount to certain insurance companies and you will see who real customer is.

I called and talked to the service manager about a rusted on bumper on a 2000 Tundra from New York. Seriously, don’t move to NY, the salt alone will destroy a vehicle! The manager told me he would look at it, I said look at it! He told me to pull it into the garage, started WORKing on it, and got some rusted bolts off the bumper. Who does that!!! I don’t know anyone!!! HE DIDN’T CHARGE ME A RED CENT!! They’ll get all my business from now on!

They were super easy to deal with and sent me updates as my car was in progress... i even got a couple of pics! What estimate said would take 10 days was completed in 4! Definitely recommend... they know their stuff and the results look amazing. Fyi my car is 8yrs old and they dont make this model anymore but they didnt hesitate to get the repair parts and fix!

The people here were very professional, polite and proficient in handling my truck. These people kept me well inform through the entire process as well as handle all the paperwork with the insurance company which brought so much relief to me. Lastly my truck looked so good after they fixed my bumper it looked brand new thank you guys so much.

I would highly recomend these guys for any collision work you need. Anthony is awesome to work with, very responsive and really made the process super easy. They did great work and it didnt take them any time at all.Theres nothing fun about dealing with an accident but these guys made it just like new down to every little detail!
