Went to visit this store for the first time today. Got there 10 minutes till close (6:00). The man at the door was letting people out but would not let me in. Told him I thought they closed at 6:00 and he said we do as he was shutting the door again locking it behind him.I would say that is the last time I ever do business with them but they did not even give me the chance.They get a ZERO for customer service.

This place always has what I need or can have it for me the next day. And unlike AutoZone they have people who knows alot about cars and trucks.

They dont care and very rod to woman had me standing there waiting just to talk to a woman that didnt even purchase anything and the dont like black ppl but just on Jefferson

In my opinion they might as well be a fraud as far as their online sales are concerned. I ordered online in May, they charged my Visa right away but no goods ever got sent. I wrote to them 3 times both via their online contacts link and email. It is now the end of Sept and I never got a response. Spend your money elsewhere folks they just dont care.
