The website indicates that this department is open at 7am this morning. It is not. When called, they exclaimed that they are 6 days a week and on Sunday it opens at 8am. The website should indicate that. Been here since 6:55. It’s 7:55 and I’ll update if it opens on time! Should be opened 10-15 minutes ahead of client experience is important to Walmart!

Oil service was done timely but they couldnt remove the message. I had to call the dealership to explain to me how to remove the message.

Answered all my questions but didnt have the part i needed for my car. I have had my oil changed by the service center at sevetal different walmart supercenters and the experience was almost exactly the same at each, which was positive. I have very little compliants in regards to the auto care centers.

Customer service was really great they asked a question walk me to the portal looking for what I needed and when we could not find it they called another store that had it

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, from the service mechanics to the cashiers. I was in and out in a timely manner. Completed a battery installation and aired my tires.

Had a 9am appt. for 2 new tires installed and got done at 11:15am. Friendly staff but slow service-gave me too much free time to spend money!😉

It fluctuates quite a bit between not busy and crazy busy all day. You have to make appointments for service on your car. I was pleased with employees. Juanis is great.

Had an emergency flat on the way to work. The young man that helped me was so nice, knowledgeable, and super fast too. The lady that checked me out was very welcoming and really seemed to know her stuff. Even though I was late to work my experience was great and they got me back on the road in no time and the tech even aired up all my tires.

They didnt answer the phone when I called.

5 Star Oil Change with a 5 Star price

I went there because I had a flat so I had to get a tire, the wait was very long. The two gentleman that help me with my car were very polite and helpful I dont know their names but they were the two tallest guys there in Automotive doing the tires. I would like to thank them very much for being so helpful. My car was a ford explorer so management would probably be able to find their names from the work order. I think the names were Antwan and Anthony.

They were good as always but the oil change before this one was not. They had a couple of youngsters working back there and they didnt place the oil change sticker on the windshield and when I asked about it, they said it was up to date. I showed them that the sticker was old and they insisted that it was new when clearly it wasnt. I would have made a complaint at the time but I was in a hurry.I didnt see these guys here so Im guessing that they arent working there anymore. I left that day thinking that they didnt even change my oil. Customers shouldnt feel like that.All in all, Im still a customer for life with Walmart because I know that one incident doesnt reflect Walmart as a whole.

What a cluster. No line but somehow it takes 20min to find someone that will take my keys. No one seems to know what theyre doing here. The guy that finally comes to help me is having a conversation on his earpiece about how he doesnt want to be here..

Negative stars. Waited 15 min outside by my car with one car inside. I was next in line and no one came to check me in. 6 guys out there two were actually working one took a smoking break and the others were standing around talking and laughing. I went inside to check in and a lady said they would check me in outside. I asked one of the guys there if I check in there and he said hed check me in but he was going to take a quick break as he went to go smoke with the other guy. Unbelieveable. Customer service is non exextinet here. No one wants to do there job or doesnt know how.

They put the new tires on, weighted incorrectly, had to fix it in what I was told would be 5 minutes that turned into another 20...then the manager tells me it was a headlight bulb I had in the cargo hold of the suv that made the noise...they also tried to blame the noise on prior damage on the truck that was there with the last set of tires...and they adjusted the damaged pieces without permission....

Its amazing.. no matter what the service is.. its gonna take like 2 hours.most of it is you walking around and wondering what to do.

Got a great deal on 4 new tires. Considering its been about a month, I supposed I could leave a 5 star rating. Despite the fact that I had to wait 3 hours 12 mins for complete service. I was serviced by a younger staff who were very knowledgeable, I was actually surprised.

They could not remove oil filter from HONDA odyssey. Went home and removed it by hand and was dumbfounded at their lack of ability.Oil filter is accessible when wheel is turned, just reached in and twisted off with no issues. Walmart was unable to complete this simple task.

For some reason these mechanics can NEVER figure out how to pull a lever and open my Hood! When I left they told me that my oil was changed, but the hood wasnt opened and they bold-faced LIED to my face.This is 4 times in a row with different employees. AVOID AT ALL COST💩😠🤥🚘⬇️🚨

Bad service. Was told 3 different things by 3 different people. Call in to make sure they had my parts and was told yes, when I arrived the parts were not there. I was told I had to go and order them from WALMART and have them delivered because they could not do it there. Called to make sure they were there and went in to have the parts installed and they could not finish the job because they did not have the tools. Spoke with a manager and he yold me it was not his problem. Will never go there again!!!!

Brought my car in at 4:55pm for one new tire. It was done at the time I was quoted which was one hour. Car ready at 5:56pm and my name wasnt called until 7:45pm. I asked the guy at register about 6:30pm was my car ready. He looked at some screen and told me no. They must do better at getting customers their vehicles as soon as they are ready. I am so exhausted and upset. Waited almost another 2 hours for nothing. This was wrong on so many levels.

Horrible customer service!!! We waited for over an hour and a half for a flat tire repair. The mechanic said he couldnt find anything wrong with the tire. I told him we had a slow leak and had 2 air up the tire 3 times. We left and went straight over to Hamms tire and they found the issue and we bought another tire. Walmart not only lost a sale, they lost a customer too.

Do not go here if you don’t have hours to wait. I came in at 8a on a Wednesday and was the only car they had. I needed a new set of tires. After shopping In the store to pass time they finally began to change my tires around 9:35a.They didn’t finish my car until 10:30 which sucks because for the 1st hour I was the only car and no one had even started to work on my car. I saw a lot of the workers just hanging around fraternizing instead of working. To add the icing on the cake I had my 3yr old with me who now was becoming very cranky. The only good thing I can say is that the guy working the register was kind. Usually I don’t write reviews but this was ridiculous. I’m not sure if it was just the neighborhood or Walmart as a whole either way I’m a very dissatisfied customer. Smh

Normally this location is pretty good, but today my oil and filter change took about an hour and a half. Nonetheless, the service associates behind the desk remained calm and professional with a good attitude.

I always go to this supercenter because its the closet to my home. I got a great deal on a drill. It made my day!

If I could give them a zero I would. I took my car for a tune up and they left my hood open. I drove off and later that day my hood flew open and bent my hood, broke my winshild. Its been a month and I am still driving around with my hood all bent. They still have not sent a response if there going to pay for my dameges. Its so sad because I thought Wal-Mart would be a much safer place than a regular shop.

I do know that at times they can take their sweet time at this tire-center but they do a good job. I just dont like the fact that when I ordered tires online I had to pick them up at the Store Pick-Up and then take them to get balanced and installed on the other side of the store. They ended up taking 2.5 hours but of course they had Wi-Fi so I wasnt a big deal. The two associates who helped were very patient and told me every step before they did it.

Didnt even tell us the car was ready only vacuum the front driver & passenger sides not the back SEATs.why would you test your battery if its new? u should be tested the first one on there..then told us the batter terminals were bad but didnt replace them smh...yeah thanks for the oil change

Horrible customer service and wait time. We were told 30-40 minutes for an oil change, and we waited over two hours. When we requested to leave they ignored us. Even after the oil change was complete they did not give us the car keys back because the mechanic had not updated the electronic system.

I went in for an oil change and the mechanics moved my car and put 5 cars in front of me.I was there for almost 3 hrs! It was the worst experience Id ever had at a Wal-Mart i wont be getting my oil changed there again.
