As a business owner in the automotive repair industry, I must say this is one of the best recycle vendors in all of DFW. A1 is my first call anytime I have any insurance claims that need recycled parts. The service is great and the selection is better. The prices aren’t outrageous compared to most junkyards (especially since Covid affected everything) and they’re always willing to work with your budget within their means. The actual yard is well kept and well organized - BY FAR THE BEST YARD. I definitely recommend using A1 Rylie for all your recycled needs.

This auto recycling company was great to do business with. I saw a Honda CR-Z wheel on their website that I desperately needed and it was in stock - verified by calling them. It was only $45 compared to a bend repair cost average of $150 from wheel repair companies. Key note is that CASH is KING. There is a $5.00 charge for credit/debit cards. Not a dealbreaker as I gladly paid it due to the cost savings. Also CORES may be required. They are quick on reimbursement of the core charge after you bring the item in. Will definitely do business with them again if needed.

I had been shopping for a rear bumper and mirror for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Not only did they price me lower than 2 other stores but the bumper they provided was a complete assembly in excellent shape with matching factory paint. When I arrived I spoke with Shawn at the front desk. He offered me a visual inspection of the parts prior to their disassembly. 5 stars customer service, 5 stars workmanship 5 stars quality of part(s) and 5 stars customer satisfaction. DO NOT PURCHASE PARTS FROM THEM! ESPECIALLY MOE!! KEEP AWAY FROM HIM!Very unprofessional place. Was asking prices over a hood on the phone and he said it was 500. So I asked was there anything cheaper that might’ve needed more fixing, moe quickly started getting hostile and hung up on me without even giving me a chance to respond back. Use to purchase a lot of parts here but no longer will. This place has become a disaster over the years.

Fair prices, friendly guys, felt like I was in a Call of Duty cut-scene riding around in their little car with no doors in it to find the parts I needed. Far drive for me but worth it every now and then cause of their big selection of cars.

I have been using several auto salvage yards for decades. Over time you establish relationships with each place. Both Sean and Denise make me feel like family every time I come in. From personal experience and hearing what others say, they pride themselves in top notch quality parts. On top of that they are always quick with either pulling a part from the yard or one in inventory!At this point I’m willing to drive the extra 30 minutes to them because I know their quality is always honest, customer service always genuine. People go the extra mile to complain nowadays over their ignorance. I’ll go the extra several miles to emphasize my appreciation for this place! This is easily the cleanest and most organized yard I have ever been too. Shawn not only had parts I couldn’t find anywhere else, but his prices are beyond fair. Crew pulls parts fast, and are friendly which is rare in most yards. I will definitely be coming back.

Do not buy from here. Very unethical business. I purchased a suspension spindle. I wasted my time and labor to install it to find out it was bent. When I went to return it, they charged me a 25% restocking fee. I will never buy from here again or recommend any of my colleagues in the business to buy from here. I understand sometimes used parts can be bad but I shouldnt be charged a restocking fee. Are they really gonna restock it and sell the bad part again? maybe this place will.

Good customers service

People in the front are very helpful but I went to look a tailgate they had one the color I needed but they where asking too much “too rich for my blood” and then the bumper is a whole different story but same thing too high of a price. If you have the money then it’s a good place but a middle class guy like me it just too much money for the parts. Been using A-1 Rylie for a few years now,and these guys are awesome. They always try to give me the best deal available, if they dont have it they can locate it for you. Ive only had one major issue with them, and they made good of the warranty, he tried to locate me another one but i decided i just wanted my money back so i could return the car to auction. Had no problem in getting it back, Mr. Moe is a nice guy as well. Keep it up A1!!

Me and my dad came up here to look for a part for my car, when my dad explained he called earlier about it the guy automatically started going off! Stating that he said something else on the phone when that was not the case. the guy didn’t know what he was talking about nor did he really want to work with us. Waste of time even to come out there.

I came here and bought an oil pan for my car. Gave them all the right information even the vin number yet they sold me the wrong part and when I tried to return they wouldn’t work with me basically just told me it was my fault for not knowing what the part looks like. This is no way to do business. I would’ve been happy to get a refund with the 25% restocking fee they have on the sign on the wall but the owner wouldn’t even let me do that. I suggest if you come here to know even if they sell you the wrong part they will not admit they’re mistakes and refund your money. I’m not one to raise my voice or argue with walls so I kindly left and will never return.

Call them to see if they had the part I was looking for. They did and quoted me on a price over the phone, but when I arrived they more than double it. For that price I could have got it in better condition somewhere else. I drove over 40mins to get there and did not like been cheated, will not be coming back here again! There are plenty of auto salvage yard that is closer and cheaper. Save your time and money

Purchased a 2008 Cadillac escalade engine, and it ended up being a different engine, (my fault) i had a 2012. I had delt with the saleslady Denise, she was very nice with the whole situation. She spoke with her manager, and they actually happened to have the correct engine in stock. They got the other one ready, i went in, paid the difference and they got me in and out. Love this place, have had a hard time finding a good auto part company but these guys definitely are place. They have very good customer service and work with you on price or whatever issue you need. Talked to Moe the Manager very good guy, fair on price also have good warranty. Very organized and professional yard. I live in denton and they do deliver but i dont mind driving there, worth the quality service.

Great group of guys. I feel like I had to wait a little longer than I expected, but cool.I went there to get a rim for my car. Waited for awhile then got my part.After receiving the rim i took it to have put on my car. It was the wrong one. It did not fit. When I got home and being a little upset, cause I got sold the wrong one, before I can call, the gentleman call me and stated the they sold me the wrong rim and apologize and offered me restitution. I said no need. I was surprised that they call to corrected the problem. Normally people in this type of business NEVER go out of their way to correct a problem..... thanks guys

Found these guys online. Their website was well laid out, and I had no trouble verifying that the part I needed was in stock. I called just to doublecheck and was helped by Darrell, who knew exactly which part I was talking about and the price.Their location was very easy to find.The guy behind the counter whose name I’ve forgotten was friendly. Darrell did tell me that there was a $5 service charge for using a credit card, but I didn’t mind paying seeing as how they had the part way cheaper than the other places I had been looking at, so I was still coming out ahead.I’ll be coming to these guys first for parts now.

I like most people have a 8-5 Job Mon-Fri. A-1 Rylie is not open on the weekends, but despite that i spoke with Shawn the salesman there and he made an attempt to go in early have my part ready, for me to come in and out even before they truly open at 8, so that i could still make it to work in a professional manner. Called for a part that I had seen on carpart. I told him what it was and he didn’t even check and said it wasn’t their. Told him that I had seen it on the page and he still said it wasn’t their. I told him to please check when did said yea it here. How you going to run a business if you don’t try to sell parts to the customer. I just prefer not to buy it feeling like they did not want my business and hung up the phone. Maybe he had a bad day but he was very narrow.
