Absolutely an awesome experience with the excellent crew and management here. My brother and I were not having a good week trying to find a truck, even worse luck finding a place with any kind of decent customer service.This place is an A-1 business, absolutely top notch staff and customer service here is exceptional. You wont be disappointed stopping here for your truck needs.

They have a different price on carpart (cheaper) but when I get there they always raising the price. This place is my least favorite.

Dont make a mistake you buy a used parts from this shop and think of returning it. You will find a rude shock because they dont refund the money they gave a credit of a loss of your money. Try another Junkyard if you dont want to be frustrated.

This place is more like a junk yard more than a place to buy a truck. I was refused a test drive in the rain. Ive been to countless dealers who could have cared less. If that was the owner I spoke to, hes very impatient and rude.

Rude rude rude!!!! Brought CASH to buy a semi today and Jerry wouldn’t even crank up the truck to look at it or pull open the hood! Said he didn’t have time for tire kickers. Little did he know were in a pinch and needed a semi immediately and came to buy the thing! Nope wouldn’t give him $10 for the thing after he insulted and belittled us!

I drove an hour for nothing. They did not let me inside the office but rather came outside to inquire about my visit. Worst they did not have the matching part although I had called earlier!

They suck they lie they sold me one of their service trucks and it cost me over $6,000 just to get it to run down the road there scam artists theyre crooked they put in every additive to make the truck seem good when I did the first initial test drive . I get truck home try to drive it again the next day and the transmissions is toast it cost me over $3,000 for a new transmission they suck over at Triple A..... them jerks got me thats for sure dont let anyone else get suckered by them ignorant jerks.... they will lie lie lie to you just to get your money.... And if this is how they fix vehicles with all the band-aids that they did to their own vehicle Id hate to see what they doing to all your vehicles out there be aware dont get suckered by this Triple A.....THEY LIE LIE LIE

Sold us a busted part and refused to fix it. said the part was new aftermarket, when it was a used part that was painted. will never go back here again. STAY AWAY

Spoke on the phone with Jerry, emailed Jerry and he said come on in, well take care of ya! Drove 1 hour from Prosper, TX with my power steering pump.We arrive and they are not busy at all but he didnt have the time to remove the old pulley from the used steering pump.Lesson learned on my part. My suggestion is look somewhere else and avoid this location at all cost.

Just purchased steering box from AAA and everything went smooth. Had the part pulled and waiting on us when we got there. Will do business with them again

VERY BAD PLACE. Jerry was very rude when I told him I can get my rear end rebuilt cheaper than he wanted for a used one. He told me go back to Mexico with the guy that rebuilds rear ends. UNBELIEVABLE rude.
